This is by far one of the most thoughtful gifts I have ever received. I had only heard minimal stories from my mom when I was a teenager about how she fled Laos during the war and I never pressed to hear more about it or how the rest of her siblings survived the war. I know that Obama donated several millions of dollars to assist with the effort of cleaning up the unexploded bombs in Laos. They aren’t using anything super sophisticated and last I heard it was a person by person basis. The homeland strives on agriculture and it’s hard to do this with unknowns everywhere.
