i think we actually should have a conversation about why trans men can do and say the most transmisogynistic shit possible and get coddled by the community, but if a trans femme says anything about it she gets dogpiled and demeaned for “trying to start infighting”.

like, i don’t think it’s a coincidence that people get more angry at the word theyfab than they do at actual transphobia. it’s like the concept of being mean to trans mascs is a cardinal sin to these people, but attacking a trans woman for calling attention to it is a perfectly justified response.

i like how there’s a certain section of the queer community that believes wholeheartedly that trans lesbians are majority trans men and not, you know, trans women.

interestingly enough it’s also the same section that thinks trans femmes aren’t real and that we’re all binary

more on that last part, i’ve actually had a self described trans man lesbian tell me that he thought all trans women were binary women. and shockingly, when i told him he was wrong, i was “mansplaining” being trans. he blocked me after i called him transphobic.
