Since Izare had zero work experience except for what one would call 'volunteer' work, the youth was rather curious.

"You said you could assist in furthering my education. And the last time I had anything close was when I was a child. Plus, I need work. I've tried doing that several times with other places but..." The empath sighed. "Even the 'kinder' companies don't want to hire psychics. Very frustrating." Izare offered a small smile.

"Well that and I've been trying to figure out how to repay your help before. When I didn't know how to develop my abilities and get stronger. So I hope I can use what I have now to help out."

Divine is indeed a man for details. He did noticed that Izare was avoiding eye contect with both him and Shiki, a smirk crept up the psychic's lips; so much for a little mind read...

"Your assistance is always welcomed, Izare" Divine nodded

Shiki too noticed the avoidence of eye contact, but simply smiled. "As a matter of fact, we do have an assignment for you" the maroon haired man said "We have been having issue with one person of interest. An officer, if you will" From the desk, Shiki grabbed a folder, containing photos and some information about the man.

"This person has been detaining a few of our fellow psychics, and we need for them to be located. While we are working on their whereabouts, we need for you to bring him to us" Shiki had a little chuckle, making this sound like an easy task "We would prefer if you brought him to us, alive"

It was not Divine chance to speak, "We can provide you any equipment you will need to handle this task. We have plenty of duel disks and a vast collection of Duel Monsters cards for your mission. My only request, if possible, is to be as descret as possible... We do not want to draw attention"

Izare walked over to Divine's office after being led up to it. He heard the two talking and wasn't sure if knocking right away would be alright or not. Still... It didn't seem like they were having a meeting. As such the Empath gave a few firm knocks.

"Hello? Is it alright for me to come in? Or do you still need a few minutes?"

"Ah, yes!" Divine called for Izare "Please enter" Shiki helped with opening the door to let the younger psychic enter.

"Thank you for taking the time to meet with us this morning" Divine took his place on his office chair while Shiki stood by his side. "Having you on board with the Arcadia Movement means so much for our cause" the taller man leans forward a bit.

"I'm ready to accept your offer. As you said, I do owe you and would like to support the Arcadia Movement. So... What would you say I am qualified to do?"

"I'm honored! Oh? Like a dorm?" Izare let out a chuckle and shook his head at the closet idea. "Nah. I'd much rather have a proper room."

The rose haired youth glanced over at Divine's hand for a moment. Before Izare's bright sapphire hues shifted back to him.

"Right! I'll see you both then."

"We will meet then" Divine gave a smile as Izare left. once the younger psychic was gone, the older psychi let out a small chuckle under his breath "...perfect"

The next day, just as scheduled, Divine and his right hand subordinate Shiki wait in the office for Izare to arrive.

"So, what plans do you have in mind for young Izare?" Shiki mused, putting a finger to his chin as he though. "I would need for him to take care of someone" Divine answered...

“Izare” Divine smiled after hearing the good news. Finally having Izare among his ranks of the Arcadia Movement. “It warms my heart that you have decided to join us in our mission”. The psychic placed a firm hand on the other’s shoulder, “you are amongst family, and our unity is what keeps us alive. Strong”

“Now then, it is only fair that we find accommidations for you,” Divine said “unless you found comfort in that utility closet, I would not mind” he chuckled

"Ooh. I love games. Also. Why so serious? You're going to get wrinkles and frown lines if you always seem grumpy you know."

Wiggling his feet when curious of this while not paying attention to such grumpiness Divine be having. Even when he be too happy of new game playing while laying there.

"Energizing hmm? Hit me with your best shot, heh."

Apparently that growling Divine made had him doing it back, although it sounded way too much like a dragon due what he was.

"Don't die? Pffthehe!! I doubt it, even though a lady be very bent on killing me. No clue why, but you should get in line."

Squeaking more when he be grinning of this before would crinkle his nose just a bit, mainly finding this upped game being fun while humming a little.

"Okay! Try to kill me then!! Heheh, actually?"

"I dare you to even try it. Sayer."

Oh how he hates when his real is spoken by a vermin. With a huff, he turns on the machine, a faint buzzing can be heard humming through the walls. Before his associate turn on the current, Divine cranked the voltage to max setting, and then the current surged. Lights in the test room started to flicker.

Of course with the electricity? At first it be squeaking of surprise, before devolving into a giggle fit. Crazy, but with Laz it be a norm.

That before the machines would start in on reacting weirdly before sparking themselves.

"HELL!! HEHEHE!!"

Still strapped down but lights would shatter and Laz be laughing more. Only for glass to shatter while things be going into a chaotic mess due to the max voltage.

Aside from that distortion going on when Laz be smiling with the straps still holding him down.

"I like this game! Reminds me of when one of my friends zaps me with a high voltage too. Watch out for the backlash!! Hehehe!!"

“fried this monster!” Divine shouted at his followers.

“but sir, the power might fry-“ the other mumbled

Wiggling about before giving that loud squeak when a pair machine machine claws be emerging from a distorted void tear.

"Fry!! Hehehe."

Such claws be floating closer before stopping, while the straps themselves would start breaking slowly when Laz be fried.

Yet it wasn't killing him, more like making him smile while straps be breaking more and of the headgear being lifted off his head.

"Not a monster, a God. Here, I'll show you. Hehehe!!"

The headgear be twisting into a metal lump before everyone's eyes, while the claws be ominously hovering when electricity be pushed back out with such force.

Along with the last of straps breaking before Laz be floating in the air before pulling his hood up. Looking like that familiar robed figure Divine knew of possibly while he be giggling of such chaos.
