My personal assessments of the girls, including some of the crimes committed against each one

Yuzu: Starts out as a really good character before being thrown into a building by Sergey and then never gets a proper duel for the rest of the show. At the end, she becomes very much a damsel in distress, but she is the only one of the girls that does not get brainwashed and she is the only one brought back at the end so that's...something.

Serena: Very strong character in how she joins the Lancers and learns what terrible things Academia has done. Gets a lot of good duels too. Does get brainwashed at the end and then is gone forever.

Ruri: Ruri is mainly existent through Shun and Yuto talking about her all the time. She has like two duels, both of which she's brainwashed it. She fights against it for one of them though which is more than I say for Rin. Then she disappears forever (woohoo :/)

Rin: Similar to Ruri, Rin is mainly existent through Yugo searching for her. She gets one duel where she beats Yugo's ass while being brainwashed. Uhhhhh there's not much to say about her.

Laughing at the idea of like. Yuzu sitting Yuuya down to info dump about the latest opera she just listened to a recording of and Yuuya lets it slip "sounds way better than Carmen" and Yuzu dead stops like. what's wrong with Carmen. and the two argue back and forth with Yuuya saying he didn't like any of the characters while Yuzu insists the interactions carry it, until Yuzu demands they duel to settle it. everyone else at You Show is like well at least it's not bopping him on the head
