FINAL PHOTSHOOT
for my photshoot i was inspired by lighting photographer pete eckert, i used led finger lights mainly and fairy lights. i used long exposure as well as slow shutter speed. this allowed a light string effect.
FINAL MOOD BOARD
below shows my final mood board, it includes inspiration photos for my designs, as well as some textures, and also face inspiration. i also have included some images of samples i created and artist work. i believe it shows an all round reflection of my topic.

FINAL ILLUSTRATION BOARDS
i decided that i didn’t want to waste my illustrations as my actual ones were printed onto fabric, so i used them to make illustration boards, showcasing them with technical flats alongside.
FINAL DESIGN BOARDS
on my design boards i have included textural paper illustrations completed with free machine embroidery, i have also included technical flats, as well as light photography images on acetate that resignate with the design.
DESIGN BOARD DEVELOPMENT
experimenting with ways to lay out my design boards. this helped me decide which i liked best.

ILLUSTRATION
to match my customer and flow more with my theme i decided to get my illustrations printed onto fabric, more specifically the fabric i have used for my garment.
after i did that i used free machine embroidery to add texture onto the illustrations making them okay to touch.
FINAL MEDIA ILLUSTRATION
the images below show some other final illustrations, however i didn’t get a video of me illustrating them unfortunately.
FINAL MEDIA ILLUSTRATION
below is another photo and video of a final design.
FINAL MEDIA EXPERIMENTATION
this is another of my final designs illustrated as well as a process photo.
FINAL MEDIA EXPERIMENTATION

FINAL MEDIA ILLUSTRATION
the image below shows my final illustration for one of my designs. i created it using pro markers and fine liner. i like how they turned out.
ILLUSTRATION DEVELOPMENT
i have done media experimentation to help me decide what i want to do on my final designs.
in order of images on this, the first illustration i begun by laying a base of watercolour pencils, then i used watercolour for more shading work and fine liner to add detail, i used crayons for the skin tone, this media style i didn’t like for theese designs, because i felt like they looked really flat, and also i use this media a lot when illustrating so i wanted to try something different.
the second media used is again a base of watercolour pencils, but instead of watercolour for shading i added pro markers and fine liner, for me i liked this more because i gave a rougher texture, for the body i used fine liner because i knew i didn’t like using the crayons.
my third image was a further development. i liked from the second how i used fine liner so i only used fine liner for this one. i much preferred this however i think that more shading could have been added.
therefore for my final media style i used a mixture of pro markers and fine liners. this allowed me to have more shading and texture to my design which i really liked. i also changed the neckline to add a bit of a difference, it was inspired by the spiral effect of one of my artists and i am glad i did this.
