Today's workout was walking on the Incline Trainer at a 5.0 incline and 4.0 speed. This was a little hard for me. Since I've started working out last month I have been splitting my cardio time between the treadmill and the stationary bike. Today my cardio was strictly on the incline trainer. My mind tried to make me stop twice but I pushed myself and completed the workout. I am highly motivated and have lost 6pounds since I started. I can feel a little change in my clothes but is can't see anything yet. Some people set a weight goal, my goal is to not have my thighs touch each other and to look good in my clothes.
