It's very funny to me, in The Gray Man, Six wins because he's very good at what he does, yes. BUT equally, he wins because the bad guys (Lloyd and Carmichael) are so committed to being as evil as they possibly can be that it is actively hindering them. Plenty of movies where the bad guy will do whatever he needs to, no matter how evil, to accomplish his goal, but these two seem like they would rather just be the worst even if it actually keeps them from their goals.
Would Six have been as willing to go along with what Four said ('steal the evidence, turn on the agency heads because they're the bad guys and about to kill you') if Carmichael had been begging him to kill a random kid two minutes before, just so the job would be finished slightly faster? Probably not, he'd been going along with the agency for like 20 years up til that point.
Even after that, if Carmichael had put any effort into lying to Six, he probably could have convinced him to come in and bring the evidence with him.
Dani had no reason to side with Six, until Carmichael just decided for no reason to be creepy and threatening to her on the off chance that she was working with Six. If he'd tried any kind of persuasion whatsoever he probably could have convinced her to take down Six, or he could have done nothing at all and just watched her to see if she went to find Six and help him, and she wouldn't have been on Carmichael's side but she also wouldn't have been on Six's.
The fake ID guy turns Six in for the reward to Lloyd, and Lloyd just kills him instead of paying him, which doesn't do Lloyd any good because he wouldn't even have the the one paying him. And while we don't see any repercussions for this in the movie, if Lloyd had lived it almost certainly would have come back to bite him because if you make a habit of offering rewards for information and then killing the people who give you information, people are going to stop giving you information.
When the Prague police have Six and handcuff him to a bench, if Lloyd had sent in one guy with silencer (or a guy with a sniper rifle) to quietly kill Six, it would have worked because the police clearly weren't expecting it and Six was stuck. But because they decided to just... kill everyone in the public square with a full scale armed assault, there was enough chaos for Six to get away.
Avik would have killed Dani for them if Lloyd wasn't bragging about killing little girls.
If either Lloyd or Carmichael could have stopped being sexist frat boys for long enough to listen to Suzanne she probably could have salvaged it for them, because she's evil, yes, but like goal-oriented evil.
Is this commentary on how evil is petty and self-destructive and morality is not a hindrance? Probably not but I could make it that if I wanted to.
