Has it really been over a year since I made this blog already??
Anyway, I was thinking of bringing it back.
(‘Thinking’, because watch me manage to keep it up for about a month and then lose my grip on it again.)
The problem last time, I think, was that I figured little chibi doodles were easy. And overall they kinda are, for me. I’m more practiced at chibis than at full art. BUT I was adding objects that I’m less practiced at, and trying to put them in mini-scenes, which made them considerably less easy.
And I was trying to go from occasional doodling to once-a-day-doodling with zero practice or build up, so it drained me out real fast.
That’s why, this time, I’m going to try and start with at least once a week (if I do more, then I guess I just happen to do more). And once I’m comfortable with that, I might try and bump it up to twice a week. And then more and more often, if time and energy allow me to.
I might give the blog’s theme a revamp while I’m at it.
I’m pretty sure everyone following so far is here for the Ace Attorney, which I’ll keep doing, but also expect to see a lot of FFXIV since that’s what I’m into right now, and probably a whole bunch of OCs of mine that you don’t have to care about but that I like trying to doodle every now and then. I’ll obviously try and keep everything tagged so that people can blacklist anything they don’t like or don’t care about, but, like, just so you know Ace Attorney’s a bit on the side right now.
Even if my first revival doodle is gonna be Uendo, because Uendo.
Thanks for somehow sticking around despite over a year of no posts whatsoever, and hopefully I’ll start using this blog more consistently!
