Lumos⋆Nox

I’m about halfway done with my Anna Henrietta cosplay, so it’s time to document some progress! As soon as I saw this design, I wanted to recreate it - it’s her riding outfit from The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine DLC.  The bodice (steel-boned velvet/pleather corset and custom striped velvet/brocade sleeves) is just missing a belt and a few other details, and then I’m on to her capelet.  It’s been such a challenge, but I’m learning a TON about historical sewing techniques on this one :) Facebook | DeviantART | Twitter

How do you pick up the threads of an old life? How do you go on…when in your heart you begin to understand…there is no going back? There are some things that time cannot mend. Some hurts that go too deep…that have taken hold.
