Oh dearie, I was being facetious. Was it not comprehensive that I was trying to humor whatever student I distraught with my ruling? But just to clear any misunderstandings here, I know the "notice" was a hoax. The lack of number to contact and how urgently it was issued all gave it away. In addition, had the notice actually been authorized and legitimate, the rules clearly state "no pets allowed" so in that event all your precious beasts would have been swept right out. Let's use the brain cells you all still have left floating around, shall we? None of you scare.

Well although this may be slightly true, I've yet to see the improvement Ms. Fauna. They still behave just as unruly with or without pets. I'm not naive, Ms. And I refuse to act in such a manner. See, people take my generosity for granted, I try to portray to these disobedient students just how uncomfortable pets may be in a habitat that is not suited for them. I did not order immediate removal of their pets, did I? I could have easily did that and shipped all the four legged creatures infesting this place to the sausage factory where they're truly belong. Now, if you're suggesting we rid of all the pets and you keep an animal as lets say a "class pet" I'm all ears.

The Headmaster prided herself in her punishments and deemed them suitable. As she returned to her office with a fresh brew of coffee she noticed an unwanted note on her desk. She read the fine print with wide eyes. She shook her head. There was no possible way this was a legitimate notice. Or perhaps? There was no number of contact so she quickly dismissed it. But then a thought occurred to her. Someone was obviously upset about her ruling. Nodding her head she pressed the button on the inner-com that could be heard school-wide.

Attention students, attention students:

It has come to my attention that I seemed to have been fined due to violation of animal welfare. Since I pride myself in my work I too, will follow the rules. It states as punishment I am hereby sentenced to ‘Imprisonment not exceeding 51 weeks or a fine not exceeding $20,000’. I am deeply sad to announce that I’ll be accepting the fee. I’ll have to dip into our school funds.

Due to this cause, we are now on a power shortage. Meaning we will be without power for the remainder of the week. Worry not! We shall have air conditioning once again come Friday. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience but I have faith that as a school we shall preserve through this tough obstacle. You may all thank the anonymous student that ‘reported’ me for this. Now you all suffer.

it's a shame the following could not follow simple rules: Tinkerbell, Dodger, and Alice Kingsley. 

Reason: Violation of the no pets on campus rule.

Punishment: Now I know this is a minor offense but it shall not be overlooked. Rules are rules for a specific reason. Pets become a nuisance to those who aren't fond of the little disgusting varmints you burden. It is rude for you to assume everyone around you is not allergic to the monstrosity you hold on a leash. This is a school, not a zoo. Considering the behavior of some of the students that's debatable. You adolescents can barely pick up after yourselves let alone an another creature. A school is not a deemable environment for animals. To demonstrate that a school is an unfit place for animals the three of you shall live in less than comfortable conditions. The AC vents to all of your rooms have been shut off for the next week. Lucky for you it's summer so the humidity and heat are at it's ultimate peak. You may not share rooms with anyone else. And your unfortunate roommates who must also endure your punishment will be able to thank you for their new room temperature.

I wonder if your pets will enjoy this new heat too. 

the unruly behavior and destructive actions of Megara Carte.

Reason: Vandalism, underage drinking, illegal drug substance, disrespecting teachers and school property.

Punishment: I have been far too lenient with you miscreants thusly. Trying to establish a little order in this school and you're all having a hard time adjusting, well tough. But intentionally going out to damage school property to bash your educators is one of the biggest slaps in the face any student has ever given. And I will inform you right now, missy, it shall not be put up with. If your parents raised you in a dog shed and failed to teach you manners of respect then shame be upon them. But here at Disney Prep, I will make my point across that there are rules that shall be enforced. And when you choose to break them, you will serve the consequences. I think with offenses this extreme not only are you crying out for attention but a detention isn't going to quench your thirst. I never thought I'd have to use this form of punishment but you've tried my patience Miss Carte. You will be confiscated from your dorm and relocated into the Disney Prep Dungeon. You will be kept in confinement for the remainder of the weekend and only on good behavior released on Monday morning. Maybe once you've been stripped of all your precious privileges such as food, water, proper shelter, A/C, leisure activities and bathing water you will appreciate all that this school has done for you, you little ungrateful child. 

This goes for all of you and your 'little revolution'. This is your warning to seize all talk of it and go about your daily lives in a conducted manner. I'm excellent at what I do and if I need to go to any measure to make myself blatantly clear, I will go there.

Security is already on their way to collect you. Hopefully you learn some lesson, you'll have plenty of time to think about it.

Here's a tiny list of chores to keep them busy:

Trash pick up

Mowing the lawn

Shoveling out the garden beds

Replanting (quite fond of tulips)

Vacuuming the hallways and common rooms

Clean the restrooms (spotless)

Mop the floors

Wash the dishes

Trim the hedges

Repaint the tool shed

Dust

Wipe the windows

My car could use a good waxing.

It would appear we have not one but two offenders in this girl-on-girl crime involving none other than Shenzi Marie Hollyer and Queenie Marie Woods. Very classy.

Reason: Violation of the no fighting physically or verbally rule.

Punishment: It is clear what this school is in desperate need of. And you two ladies will be the first to get it. A proper etiquette lesson. Causing mayhem at a school function is less than ladylike for the both of you. You two should be disgusted with your appalling behavior but in the unfortunate case you're not I'm prepared to fix that. For the next three days you two will be removed from your courses as an internal suspension but will not be squandering your days in your rooms. You shall report every morning to Ms. Flora's room-- the Wellness instructor here-- where she will educate you on how to present your problems in a more mannerly fashion and how to carry yourselves better overall. In addition, since you lovely women want to act like complete savage brutes you will be assisting Jetsam with the handy work needed around campus. (Paint jobs, trash pick up, moving crates around, shoveling, etc)

Oh I almost forgot, you two will be handcuffed together at the wrist at the start of each morning at 7 and released at 7 that afternoon. I thought this could help any unresolved issues.

Reason: Verbal unnecessary Defiance. 

Punishment: Ah, Miss Kida it has seemed that you have quite the outspoken side and darling it is highly unattractive. And just a little insight for your adolescent mind I am well aware of Hades' age. Indeed he is of legal age but I can not stress how extremely inappropriate it is for teacher-student relationships. It wouldn't be allowed in simple community colleges, it definitely won't uphold in an elite prep school. Let's use a little of our common sense here shall we? This goes for all you. It is unacceptable and won't happen on school grounds. As for standing up for the ones you loves well how would you like to stand behind the school cafeteria every Saturday morning at 7 A.M for the next two months to help dispose of all the wasted food products. We lift the incinerators those days and could always use the extra help.

This will include rotten meat product so be sure to bring gloves and nose plugs. 

And to Hades Aidoneus no less. No surprise there.

Reason: Violation of the student-teacher relationship rule. 

Punishment: After getting a tip from an unknown source and confirming the relationship through security camera footage it seems as though we have a problem on our hands. I will be removing you from Ms. Gothel's class for the rest of your time here at Disney Prep. In place of that class you will be doing Groundskeeping instead. You will also be writing me a 12 page, single spaced paper on why it is inappropriate to have teacher-student relations and statutory rape.

I expect it on my desk no later than 10am Monday morning.

Reason: Not informing the Headmaster of recent visitors.

Punishment: Although this isn't a serious offense, we still can't just have people waltzing on campus willy nilly. Since you have so much time on your hands for not one but TWO guests I think the school pond needs some tending to. I spotted a bottle of what I trust wasn't alcohol just drifting about and the weeds just bother me. 

You are to clean it. Pull the weeds. Dispose of all trash. Any required tools you can retrieve from Jetsum. 

And who knows, maybe your lovely friends want to assist you. Make sure they don't.

The Headmaster is somewhat like GG where she can see the things going on around DP and see those breaking the rules. People can also send in asks but they would have had to be there (i.e a party). 

Punishments will be given out according to the rule broken and the character can respond however way they'd like-- of course no one can make your character do anything but it makes it more enjoyable when everyone plays along. 

The headmaster does not para/gifchat, although students may communicate with her via ask.
