the artemis ii mission reminds me why i love humanity so much. they play pink pony club for the astronauts. they have issues with microsoft outlook. one of the astronauts named a moon crater after his late wife. a jar of nutella just flew by. they make 67 memes because they’re big nerds with huge hearts who say that we look beautiful from there. they call dibs on sleeping arrangements and the mission specialist likes sleeping like a bat. the pilot’s daughter shows her dad off on her social media.

Your Viktor was never trans. But now he suddenly is. This fandom disease got to you too. And now you couldn’t appreciate Viktor the way he is, you need to bastardise him and fetishise your insecurities. Oh the bitter irony.
You are (as a fandom) completely forgot why you loved Viktor in the first place.
As a trans person myself I can tell that it’s really shitty to see what this fandom doing to a great character. It’s not appreciation or trans visibility, believe me, it’s just slop like AI. Everything this delusional, disrespectful and ignorant fandom touches goes to rot; everything is consumed, digested, shitted out and devoured again and again any again. Until there’s nothing left, only the shit and the rot.
It is really sad and horrifying to watch. Everyone just project their sorrows to the one character that should be appreciated as he is. Nothing less, nothing more. Everyone completely losts the plot. And if you can’t love a fictional character unconditionally how could you love the real person the same way? Or would you expect someone could love you the way you are if you couldn’t?
I’m mad because you all show me that I can’t be loved unless I fulfil someone’s standards and internalise someone’s insecurities. That I would never be enough, if Viktor is not enough for you. Life is already hard and shitty. And your “ally” delusions make it so so so much worse. You had one job: love unconditionally the only character that should be loved without any of your conditions. And you fail miserably. And I feel miserable.
TY for your art and try to remember why you appreciated Viktor and the way you saw Viktor before this delusional fandom.
