𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐖𝐀𝐘? : 𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍-𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐒
(grief rewrites the world, love makes it worth living in — even if it isn’t real.)
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐅𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐒𝐔𝐁𝐔𝐑𝐁𝐈𝐀
“Good morning, darling! Isn’t it a marvelous day to pretend everything’s fine?”
“The neighbors have been asking questions again. Should I be worried?”
“You ever get that feeling that something’s… off? Like we’re missing a laugh track?”
“I don’t remember moving here. Do you?”
“We’ve been smiling so long it’s starting to ache.”
“They say the grass is greener here — but it feels artificial, doesn’t it?”
“If everything’s perfect, why does it feel so hollow?”
“You keep calling me by that name. Why does it sound like a lie?”
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘
“Do you hear that static again? It’s getting louder.”
“Stop asking questions — if you do, the whole thing falls apart.”
“There’s something wrong with this picture, but I can’t look away.”
“You said we’d never lose each other again. So why do I keep waking up alone?”
“When I close my eyes, I see another version of us — one that ended badly.”
“The walls hum like they’re alive. Maybe they are.”
“It’s not a dream. It’s not real either. It’s… something in between.”
“Every time I try to leave, the world just resets.”
𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍
“If loving you means rewriting the universe, then so be it.”
“I don’t care if it’s an illusion. It’s ours.”
“Would you still love me if you knew what I did to keep you here?”
“You’re not supposed to be alive — but I can’t let go.”
“You think this is happiness, but it’s just grief with better lighting.”
“Maybe I trapped you here. Maybe I trapped myself too.”
“Don’t make me choose between you and reality.”
“I built this world to keep you safe. Don’t ruin it by remembering.”
𝐁𝐄𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐕𝐄𝐈𝐋
“Outside these walls, the world is falling apart. Inside, we can still dance.”
“You’ve seen it too, haven’t you? The glitch in the sky?”
“Someone’s watching us. I can feel it.”
“You don’t belong here — but neither do I.”
“There’s something beyond the static. I think it’s calling for you.”
“If we step outside, the illusion dies. Are you ready for that?”
“They told me to wake you up, but you looked so peaceful, I couldn’t.”
“We could run… but where would we go when the whole world’s a lie?”
𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐅 𝐑𝐄𝐖𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍
“I thought if I made it beautiful enough, it wouldn’t hurt anymore.”
“They said grief comes in waves. I made mine an ocean.”
“You died once — I couldn’t bear for it to happen again.”
“Every time I try to move on, the past drags me back by the throat.”
“You think I’m the villain. I think I’m just broken in the wrong ways.”
“If I lose you again, I lose everything I am.”
“You can’t save me. I built this world to make sure no one could.”
“The price of keeping you was my sanity. I’d pay it again.”
𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐓
“It used to be black and white — now everything bleeds color.”
“Sometimes I catch glimpses of other lives. Other us’s.”
“We laughed here once. Do you remember that?”
“There’s a photo of us on the wall, but I don’t remember taking it.”
“The more I remember, the less real it all feels.”
“They keep calling me a witch. Maybe they’re right.”
“You told me magic couldn’t fix everything. You were wrong — it can break it too.”
“If love is chaos, then I guess I was born to destroy.”
