Kinda leaves me questioning what I would have done in his shoes.

Ivory is just such a great character to put yourself into and for that I think he’s been put on par with Derlord as a character for me.

They’re both just so deeply compelling and I think they complement each other nicely. WE look up to Derlord and praise him for his genius an put ourselves in Avery shoes. Similarly Avery himself looks up to Derlord serving as a mouthpiece for the audience.
