Check out this new cover I made of Betelgeuse by Yuuri!
This will probably be one of my only uploads of this year, but I hope anyone who watches it enjoys it.
I forgot to share this one a while back. Check out my cover of Mrs. Green Appleâs Romanticism!
The subtitles were done by a good pal of mine!
This song has been on my to-do list for the past few years, but I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do with it. It's such a nice song, and I'm a fan of Yuuma and Maaya Uchida (the famous seiyuu sibling duo), so I really didn't want to mess this one up. I enjoyed Kono Oto Tomare. In fact, I even read the manga! I didn't know it was a romance until the end of season one. Don't ask me why, I thought they were written to be friends. I recommend both the manga for the art and the anime for the music and voice acting!

I heard of this manga series before the anime came out, but as an anime-viewer and less of a manga reader, I decided to jump on when the anime adaptation hit. However, I couldnât wait every week to find out what was going to happen, so in an uncharacteristic decision, I decided to catch up on the manga which just so happens to mean I read 52 chapters in one evening. I felt engaged by the story (although done before, Iâm a sucker for these kinds of mysteries) and the aesthetic.
But I wanted to post this for two reasons: 1. I finally got over the rejection, and after three rejections from the same place that gave me the same copy and paste emails regarding its reasoning (or lack of), I felt like I was comfortable posting this beta computer-recorded version. 2. The reason above is completely trivial and unimportant. I wanted to share my music. During hard times like these, itâs easy to feel isolated and depressed, and whether youâre staying at home (good job if you are) or youâre working and doing your best on the front lines (if you are, youâre amazing), I wanted to contribute in a way that can hopefully give some enjoyment or some relief to anyone who needs it right at this moment. Not guaranteeing my music can do that though haha.
This song is a series of mini movements stemming from Kamome Academy.
1. Introduction to Kamome Academy / Tsukasa - This sets the mood and acts as an introduction, but itâs an echo of the final movement of this piece too. We start and end with these twins as they are pivotal parts to this story. Both Tsukasa and Amane set precendence here, and Kamome Academy wouldnât be the same without them so we will hear both of them.
2. The Clock Keepers - I wanted this movement to reflect the realizations and epiphanies made during this mysteryâs arc as the characters are faced with many situations and futures that they canât predict or recover from. I left this on a bittersweet note where everyone comes together, and I almost didnât want it to end.
3. The Misaki Stairs - I wanted to portray a gradual sense of escalation and change in character, and even though this is a short movement, I wanted it to set precedence as time goes on.
4 & 5. Hell of Mirrors & Shijima-san of the Art Room - I felt these two went hand-in-hand, and I think the impact that No. 3 has in the arc that focuses on No. 4 is crucially important. I tried to portray the hidden darkness and horrendous monstrosities that reality would have in store for these characters with a sense of urgency and desperation, but I didnât want it to end there. This arc ends in a happier and almost âidealâ way.
6. The 4PM Bookstacks - Unlike how the last section ended, I wanted to reach in a portray the twisted echoes and dark memories of the past. I wanted to showcase the teacher who cared and the young boy with a future that was taken.
7. Nene Yashiro - I tried my best to make this sound romantic and sweet. I wanted to appeal to the hopeless romantic side of here, and I wanted to give her the happiness that I think that she deserves.
8. Kou Minamoto - Itâs suddenly far more upbeat here! I had a lot of trouble with his section because I didnât know how to breakout from all the burdens and troubles of the past movements along with the stuff that Kou carries himself. I ultimately chose to showcase his more bubbly and optimistic side because thatâs what I know him for (after all, the kanji in his name means âbrightâ or âlightâ)
9. Hanako-san of the Toilet / Amane Although this section is shorter than Nene and Kouâs section, I wanted to leave it up for interpretation and mystery (that and I was reaching my time limit for the submission⌠whoops). Itâs a direct reflection of Tsukasaâs beginning because we end exactly how we begin⌠with these two twins and the mysteries behind them and the school of Kamome Academy.
I want to thank @writer-and-artist27 for showing me this post! ^^
Hi @nsisbest385!! Not sure if youâre going to read this but anyway! Iâm sad that I didnât discover this sooner but this sounds AMAZING! Iâm listening to this right now as Iâm typing ^^ Youâve really captured the vibes of JSHK! I love this so much!! <33 I want to thank you for putting in the effort and creating something so beautiful!
@nsisbest385 This is really well done, i applaud you!
I really like it, the effort that was put into this really shines!
@trish-chan @donut-hair @writer-and-artist27
I sincerely thank you for your comments! Seriously, thank you so much!
After this piece got rejected, I felt very discouraged and wondered if I had the ability to keep writing as a composer. I wondered if anyone really listened to and enjoyed my music because I had a lot of doubt in my abilities, and your wonderful comments really encourage me to pick it back up again! It makes me feel like my effort was worth it!
I currently have a stupid grin on my face reading your comments over and over again because it really warms my heart to see such kind words. Thank you again! :D
To @nsisbest385,Â
Please give yourself more credit. Your composing is what let me finish my first JSHK fanfic, not to mention how your interpretation of the characters through the sounds really brought the piece forward in its tone and originality that puts it on a different level from the original animeâs soundtrack. Keep up the good work. :)Â
I couldn't figure out what to say to this because I was so taken aback, and to be even near the level of the original OST is shocking because I look up to almost every single anime OST thinking, "How did they do that? That's amazing!" And the way this reblog goes into detail about it too... I want to frame this reblog on my wall or something. It really warms my heart and makes me smile. Even now, I can't begin to formulate how to thank all the people who reblogged this with such kind words.
Here! Have a few pictures of my doggo!

Prompt: Moonlight Waltz tells a tale of a romantic dance beneath the moonlight. Underneath the starry sky of a clear night, there is a feeling of peace and solitude with bittersweet memories floating and lingering as the moon shines a new light for a new beginning in the ever-changing world. The contrabass and piano sing a beautiful song of hope, nostalgia, and change in the form of a waltz.

Prompt: Dance of the Dandelions is about Zenitsu and Nezuko exploring a field of beautiful flowers. Despite the many different kinds and colours of the flowers, Nezuko is drawn to the dandelions. It might not be the prettiest or the most vibrant, but to her, it represents survival, courage, healing, warmth, and everlasting happiness.

Holy shit your Bungou cover was amazing!
HOLY SHIT SOMEONE SAID THAT?!?! ABOUT ME?!?! ABOUT MY MUSIC?!?! DUDE, YOUâRE SO AMAZING! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DAY!
ahhh i love you nat!! right now im blasting your piano through my speakers to help me concentrate on writing my thesis. thank u so much; these are amazing!! :D (from necroducer-kotaro)
THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST ASKS IâVE EVER GOTTEN. THANK YOU SO MUCH! IâLL BE HONEST, I HAVE BEEN DISCOURAGED FROM UPLOADING BECAUSE IâVE BEEN LOSING SUBSCRIBERS WITH EVERY UPLOAD. THE TOTALÂ âWATCH TIMEâ HAS BEEN DECREASING, AND IT TURNS OUT THAT PEOPLE ONLY STAY FOR 10 SECONDS OF A SONG. TO HEAR THAT SOMEONE IS LISTENING TO IT TO BE PRODUCTIVE AND IS GETTING SOMETHING OUT OF IT IS ALL I COULD EVER ASK FOR!
THANK YOU! (SALAMAT! ăăăă¨ă!)
I got it in before the final episode!   I'll admit that this is nowhere near the original. I don't think it's possible to get that same kind of energy with a piano without actually playing it for yourself.   Although the third season had some really big flaws (leaving out a lot of stuff), I still thoroughly enjoyed it. I really like the series, and I wanted to convey that. Â

This is a piano duet that shouldn't be attempted with just two hands. I know it's near impossible.Â
I actually didn't watch Eromanga-sensei. I know this is the ending for that anime, but I didn't watch it. It isn't my kind of thing. In fact, I didn't even bother making a thumbnail or an end card. Whoops.Â
I do like Trysail though! I found this song after watching Honeyworks a really long time back. They sang a song called "Senpai" which was the ending for "Suki ni Naru Sono Shunkan wo.: Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai" I have always been a fan of Sora Amamiya. I have an album of hers on Spotify! It was available in Canada.Â
