oookay so this guild is very. specific and weird, they've existed for a long time, naturally going on the skyrim style arc of "we lost direction and our old ways." they're just missing the evil or dead guy in charge.

they were set up for a secret purpose that involved a nearby, ever changing dungeon -full of uh. creatures made out of dreams and the like- but that purpose was soon abandoned due to the discovery of a unique material, dust. which left the bodies of the creatures when they were felled.

dust was extremely useful, they found, primarily for forging swords or armour, and soon, that lead to it becoming more of a mining operation than anything, and they started letting in anyone who was willing to swing something heavy.

that brings us back to a century or so later, where the operation practically got shut down due to there being some. gods in the dungeon. most members ran off to pursue better opportunities, aside from these six.
