Even though I don’t think this will be it, I have to agree with you there because it’d be very interesting seeing how it would all go. Robert would never want anything to do with John again, but then I also don’t think he’d want to blame her for what’s happened and he’d very huge on family so seeing how conflicted he is would be very interesting. And seeing how Aaron handles it when he’s moved past it all but might feel he has a duty to her would also be quite interesting

It doesn’t matter the storyline they do with Robert. He’s always painted as the bad guy. And also, a random child coming in doesn’t automatically mean the child was neglected by him. Cain and Nate are a prime example of that, Nate felt that way but Cain didn’t actually know about him to neglect him. They could easily write it as him never knowing about the kid, because considering who he was and how he used to be it’s not far fetched that someone would keep a child a secret given he was very selfish years ago and didn’t care about anyone but himself and them not wanting someone like that involved in the kids life.

I don’t really care if either of them had a kid show up or not, people have a right to an opinion on who should get a long lost kid I don’t think their wrong either way. But I think people want it more for Robert because he doesn’t have as many people as Aaron. Aaron has many family members, friends so if they broke up he wouldn’t be alone. Robert has Vic, she’s not even around but when she is 99% of the time doesn’t take his side. So yes, I can see why people would want it more for Robert than Aaron. But that doesn’t mean I think people are wrong for wanting it for Aaron either given there’d be a story there with the gene

And this isn’t the only time it’s happened. Jacob was called pathetic and told to get a grip because he was being bullied by his own boss, because for some reason the show and a lot of the audience struggle to comprehend that men can also be victims in situations. But the second Charity was being blackmailed over a situation she’s 100% to blame in the same people were seeing her as a victim as they have done throughout the whole baby storyline. It’s pathetic a woman can’t argue with her partner without needing to jump into bed with someone else something she’s done to numerous partners, but those people aren’t ready for that conversation. And yes this is aimed at the saddo who makes the placards like the characters can see if and are going to hope on social media half way through an ep and see them then decide to exit because someone’s told them to F off on a placard. Your little sidekick posts daily about her own mental health and how unhappy she is with herself, yet when it’s on TV you both laugh at those same situations and call them “pathetic” saying they need to get a grip. No, you need to get a life the fact you spend it making weird ass nicknames for characters and placards like it’s doing some good in the world and saving lives.

Very true. It’s soap, cheap drama happens and we have to accept that but doesn’t mean people are wrong for what they want from the character or that they don’t care about him. At this point I think fans will take any storyline for him just to have him on screen, and the whole kid debate is being made into such a big issue. God forbid people want Robert to have more people in his life then just a partner and a sister who 99% of the time doesn’t take his side

He called him Grandad in 2019 too 😂. No it is actually really funny to think about, their so used to raising young kids it’d be interesting to see how they’d handle an adult kid 😭

Can’t lie, the thought of Aaron being in this situation actually makes me laugh he’s so used to Robert’s past coming to haunt them, I’d love to see how he’d handle his past coming back to haunt them. And seeing him deal with a teenager that isn’t his sister because I feel like people are very different when it’s their own 🤣

Least if an adult came in there’s stuff to do, they don’t do much with peoples kids unless their Cain’s and Seb isn’t exactly at an age where they can do a big story with him because most the kids age don’t get them. And it’s a soap, cheap drama comes with it whether we like it or not. You know it doesn’t actually matter what they do with him, they make him the bad guy everytime anyway so either way the fans won’t win.

That would be funny given the current state of the families 🤣 But they are getting someone two whether it’s someone new or a return, I don’t think the Tates need anyone else besides this arrival they get, The Sugden’s are slacking

Literally the best decision Eastenders has made in years he’s the funniest character ever, even this week in his most chaotic moments he delivered some right one liners 🤣🤣🤣🤣 and so glad the the brannings finally have an lgbtq family member it’s been a long time coming, although if someone told me when I was watching Oscar born back then he’d be a chaotic bisexual and the funniest person ever would of laughed, how is this the same kid with glasses who was so sweet and innocent HAHA
