Out of everyone Nicola makes the least sense 🫣 She’d never get with anyone like that or have someone like that around her kids, out of everyone why her and why do we have to loose Jimmy as a result 🫠 “He’d never leave his wife and kids so they have to kill him off” Robert never would of left Aaron and Seb so his prison exit is what made sense.
I don’t care for Kev but if they’re going to shoehorn him anyway, why do Jimmy and Vinny have to be out of the way for that to happen? Why can’t he just come back because he’s genuinely trying to change and decided wants a relationship with his son? Why all the silly diamond theft and have the gf try to lure him by kidnapping Lewis? Why lie (again) and say he didn’t do anything? Why act defensive then threaten people when he’s told to stay away when he’s giving them very valid reasons to be skeptical of him?
Crazy because they’re sacrificing characters like Jimmy and Vinny but what do they actually do 💀 They don’t even appear that much or do anything so what is getting rid of them actually going to do. It’s not going to save money when more actors are coming in, it’s not as if their the ones taking up all the screentime and on the highest salary that’s Emma, Jeff, Lucy, Claire and Chris (Eric btw haha not the other one). I don’t who it’s more insulting to Chris who’s coming in and them sacrificing smaller characters who barely do anything for him or Bradley and Nicola that they need to loose their on screen partners to have something to do

A 50+ year old man in prison for 23 years ….labels himself as …pan…??! and I am supposed to really trust this show to know what they are doing right ? He doesn’t know he is a cunt and what he is doing is abuse but he is pansexual you should know…????? I don’t really know whether to laugh cry or cry laugh. The fact they’ve addressed his sexuality more than what the character actually did is genuinely not surprising. Like I don’t care who he fancies or what parts he fancies, I want to know why this man is getting away with so much when there’s physical evidence and he’s just being called complex and his behaviour being made out to be normal
It’s sad and funny to me how other fandoms complain about their soap or their show or their couples and I check it out and I am like Oh !? Have you ever played the telephone game in school where one person whispers a sentence into someone’s ear and then the next and then the next and each person just messes up and adds stuff they misheard and then it ends up being one long incomprehensible sentence with no context reason and truth to it…yup thats Emmerdale at the moment not just clownerson every other character too it is just bizarre with nonsense for plot and rubbish for reason and it is circus and clownery at best.

They're mad because they think Kev being pansexual gives less of a chance of him and Robert having an affair (one of them has said as much). Even though 1) he's still attracted to men if he's pansexual and 2) an affair was never happening anyway lmao. It's been well established that Robert was scared of him and only stayed with him the first time around because he thought Kev was dying. Not to mention the whole stabbing incident. Were they really expecting Robert to leap back into Kev's arms after that?
Affairs aren’t even that exciting why would anyone even want it 💀 And I’m not saying an affair between Robert and someone, or Aaron and someone wouldn’t happen down the line but Robert having an affair just sets his character back and unlike most characters he’s actually had growth over the years and grown up.

Many characters over the years sexuality has changed, some people genuinely go through phases in life or have confusion it’s not that deep. Vinny was in the show for years before they decided to make him gay, Robert existed for YEARS with no hint previous and came back bisexual it really isn’t that deep 💀💀

I would go as far to say Jimmy and Nicola are one of the top couples in soap. Them two are made for each other, and I don’t think anyone can really deny that, even if you dislike them or one of them you can’t deny that they’re meant to be, endgame. If we’re losing them as couple for Nicola to get with Kev them emmerdale has well and truly lost the plot.. lord have mercy.
Oh they definitely are. They’ve lasted so long, and their relationship isn’t full of drama. No constant affairs, no long lost kids constantly popping up. They’ve had struggles I won’t deny that, but they’ve been very much a team and I’ve always loved how she’s taken on his kids like they’re her own. Even when Nicola went on maternity leave and had to leave for a while, they didn’t break them up they had the whole thing of them loosing the house but no major break up. I love it. And it just goes to show couples can survive without constant misery
