Kev’s known about his son all his life. He didn’t care he even said so himself to Liam, Nicola gave him the choice to stick around even if it means prison or leave and he chose to leave. Even when he got out of prison he didn’t make the effort to tell him or be there for him. He even said himself when he told him the truth “I’ve thought a lot about this moment the last few minutes” not the months he’s known he’s his Dad, not all the years he’s known he’s got a kid just a few minutes. He’s now saying he loves Lewis and he’s the best thing that’s ever happened to him, they’ve barely spoke 🫣 And the tears are abit over the top? Nate and Cain still wasn’t on good terms months down the line when it came out, but this is being pushed way too hard making out like they care and love each other when Kev’s spoke more about being his Dad to Nicola then he has with Lewis the whole time he’s know him. One of the many reasons you can’t take it serious, because they’re pushing it too hard and not letting it progress slowly.

When you look at what other characters have been through in their childhood, his “trauma” just sounds pathetic 💀 Like why is a man who’s probably in his 40’s/50’s blaming his dad leaving at 15 years old? That has nothing to do with the last 23 years, all the stuff he did to Aaron and Robert 😭. Chas left Aaron but he doesn’t blame her for everything. Cain didn’t raise Nate, Faith never raised Caleb but that’s not being blamed on things. Many of these characters have grew up without parents, had one walk out but it’s never used as an excuse to justify their actions

He did in one of the most stupid storylines of all time. They had Graham struggling to cope for months with his “death”, turned to alcohol just for it to come out he knew Joe was alive all along 😂😂😂😂

Ngl I don’t want people like Tom redeemed, but I wouldn’t be mad if they brought him back just so I can see everyone’s else’s reaction if they bring him back for redemption. Then they’ll actually understand why we’re so against Kev and what the show have done. Because one thing about these people, they cry when the shoe is on the other foot and most of them don’t realise how stupid they make themselves look. Like Robert was the devil when he got blackmailed protecting his sister, but when it was Charity they all made out she was the victim and made out she was doing it for Sarah, when no she was protecting herself. The same people loving on Kev, are also the same people who were crying and complaining when the doctor got confirmed to be killed off talking about how “abusers keep getting away with it”. They sound stupid with their double standards

ITV need to focus on investigating the obsession more then new tv shows, it’s starting to look really obsessive
