Day 44 had me hitting the treadmill at home. It also was day 1 of Liz's 7 day challenge. I used my new found citric induced energy to take my running up a notch. Okay I missed a couple of big updates. While I have been away the streak has continued through days 40, 41 and 42. Not only that but during day 41, I finally got to running speed on the treadmill. Yes.. I went running, albeit a short time. Now I have decided I am going to run a 5k someday.
