So,
This morning totally bummed me out. On social media I have never been one that is very political, or vocal about my feelings with politics. I did my research on Brexit, and came to my own conclusions. The same with this presidential election, I did research, and Hilary sucks, but I absolutely do not agree with Trump. Hate just breeds more Hate. When people shout things at me in the street, I never reply. I won’t give them the satisfaction of getting a reaction out of me. They are not worth my time. But, now I realize how much bigger than me this is. I will have to stand up for others, if not for myself. My skin is going to have to get a whole lot tougher, and my voice a whole lot louder. I am not going to watch others experience hate because of others small mindedness. It made me sad seeing a 69 year old woman saying; “And to all of the little girls who are watching this, never doubt that you are valuable and powerful and deserving of every chance and opportunity in the world to pursue and achieve your own dreams.“ & comparing it to a 70 year old orange bag of crap telling men to “Grab women by the pussy.” Makes me sick. We have to do this together.
