I've always struggled with my mental health, but over the last few years, my mh worsened to the point that i just withdrew from everything and everyone, among other mh stuff that i won't go into for now.

I also got into a really competitive program at my uni -- i had classes + training 7 days a week, ~8 hours a day minimum, plus tons of coursework (and i mean tons of coursework) and tests on an almost daily basis, so most of my free time was spent on completing reqs and studying. Other big life stuff happened, but this post is already long enough :')

But i started opening up a bit more, made some new friends (and some really close friends too! 💗) + rekindled old friendships, and while i'm not 100% there yet, i'm in a much better headspace now 🌸
