tried to match her as closely to the default female avatar design as i could while allowing myself Main Character embellishments. spent hours futzing over what items to use, but finally decided on this look and here is why!

so, i named her Freyja. after some research, i chose this name because of the norse mythology inspirations khux and dark road brought into the series. freyja being the god of love and war before all else felt pretty accurate, especially because it sounds sort of like "player", which is what's written in the default text box before you enter a name, and how they are usually referred to in the fandom, i believe. this solidified even more as my choice when i realized her twin god, freyr, works well for the matching default male avatar alternatively. (i might make a gussied up version of the male avatar, too.)

also, i am mostly doing this for accidentally implied lesbian strelitzia reasons, LOL, so i wanted to pick a name that had a complimentary floral theme, and the genus freya only has one plant, the freya alba. campanula glomerata freya is a cultivated variety of clustered bellflower named after the goddess as well. it has a beautiful violet color, the same color as strelitzia's necklace gem.

this is why i gave her avatar the Mango Sweetie chest A ribbon. it is only a subtle hint toward the shape of the clustered bellflower, because quite honestly all the actual flowery items in KHUX feel incredibly out of place with all the other main cast designs in the game, and i wanted her to blend in with them, at least aesthetically. and the tones match the rest of her outfit perfectly!

i was going to give her a fancy gold necklace because of Brísingamen, a necklace the goddess freyja has, but the default Action Pink outfit already has a choker that every chest B item was clipping through, so i decided that was fine as is. instead, i opted for the Anubis hair ornament, since they sort of resemble the circlet and/or temple wings the goddess freyja is often depicted with. and, strelitzia also has cute hair clips.

the earrings are also a strelitzia design reference, Snow Minnie's earrings have a diamond similar to, you guessed it, strelitzia's necklace, and a gold bow that, you guessed it, compliments the color scheme.

and finally, since no other accessories that i put on her felt right, i went with the Lux back effect, specifically from the Unicornis Regalia set, since that is all but the confirmed canon union selection for the player character.
