I wrote this at the beginning of July in 2015. I had woken up at 7am, feeling very anxious about everything. That afternoon I was performing in my last musical and I had a whole heap of mixed emotions. I remember it was a beautiful morning and the birds were chirping, and I sat outside and read ‘A Mouthful of Forevers’ by Clementine Von Radics until I felt okay.

I don’t know what my point of adding this is, but the power of nature, poetry, and coffee are so underrated. We are so lucky to be alive and breathing.

As it is July 1st, i am setting my intentions for the month and I believe there are some good things in store. Sending you all of my love.
