This week was a reminder that progress isn’t always one big breakthrough — sometimes it’s a series of small wins that add up.

At work, I focused on accuracy, accountability, and building better systems. Quarter-end reviews, reconciliations, process improvements, and fixing issues before they become problems. One of the biggest wins was seeing a process I implemented last quarter working exactly as intended — proof that good systems create better results.

Outside of work, I stayed consistent: early mornings, hard workouts, 10K+ steps, and keeping the commitment to health and growth.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is showing up, improving, and building momentum.

🔥 Warm-Up (5 minutes)

* Incline treadmill walk

* Band pull-aparts × 20

* Push-ups × 10

* Bodyweight squats × 15

A. Power Superset (4 rounds)

* 🦵 Leg Press — 10–12 reps

* 🏋️ Landmine Press — 10–12 reps per arm

B. Strength Superset (4 rounds)

* 🏋️ Barbell Back Squat — 6–10 reps

* 💥 Landmine Press — 8–10 reps

* 💪 Barbell Curls — 8–12 reps

C. Finisher — Arm Lockdown (3 rounds)

A process I put in place last quarter I am seeing worked well so far and has added a new efficiency and accuracy. I’m checking my numbers now but fingers crossed it’s worked as planned.
