As I look back and reminisced the moments I've made in my Senior High School journey, I really can't imagine how I survived those times that I thought I couldn't survive the school year being a Humanities and Social Sciences student. All the remarkable events played in my mind and stuck in my heart not just for this year but for the rest of my life.

I entered senior high school with a low self esteem. My only plan and goal for senior high school is to finish my study and being able to graduate to make my parents proud. I never imagine that despite of those challenges I've faced, here I am, still standing and uplifting myself to overcome my fears and look for improvements to be a better version of myself.

Stage play presentations have a great impact for me as a HUMSS student. In those presentations we've made, unity and collaboration really exists. We can't see crab mentality inside the four corners of the classroom, everyone has goals, everyone thinks beyond the expectations but less than perfection, everyone helping each other to finish the given tasks and everyone sets in their mind that we will do the presentation not just in a simple way but we will do it in 'baconian's way'. A great presentation is an achievement for all of us because for all the times that we encountered misunderstandings between each other, a good presentation bury those arguments and replace it with a priceless smiles in our lips and treasured moments that for keeps.

The nonstop activities, presentations and reportings that we encountered really challenge us as a HUMSS student. One activity is done while there's more to follow. Time management must established because a senior high school student considered as a college student. But despite of the struggles I faced, I know it will be worth it someday. I learned to be patient because I need to strive hard and work hard for a better future not just for me but for all those people who believes in me.

Lastly, the most memorable and remarkable event in my journey as a senior high school student is being one of the 'baconians'. This section is for keeps. I felt love and solidarity because of my classmates and our adviser. Since day one up to now, unity still existing. For the remaining days and weeks we will stay in this school, I treasure all the moments we shared because as time went by, memories created and those memories will be kept in my heart forever. These people made my journey worth to remember. I experienced Fashion Show with them that I never thought I can do in my entire life. Shyness filled my system, I didn't know what to do, but after that Career Fashion Show as a requirement for our Personal Development subject, I gain self confidence to face crowds and being able to conquer my fears and overcome my weaknesses in front of many people.

We’ve met by chance not by choice. Our fate begins to build a firm friendship.

He is ****** *****, my longtime Best friend. Even for a long time we’ve known each other, there’s a small thing I didn’t know about him. Knowing someone is a long way and continuous process, every time we can find out something new about them.

Beaches and resorts are the tourist destination where their municipality was known. He was born and lived in *********, ********, making his childhood such an unforgettable one by enjoying the beaches near in their house.

He was raised in a simple yet wonderful family. His father was repairing sewing machine and selling it to different places somewhere in Manila and all throughout in Batangas. His mother is a housewife, taking good care of him and his siblings, letting them all grown up to be a God’s follower, responsible and God-fearing.

They were four siblings including him and he was the third among them. He was grateful knowing he has an eldest sister to guide him, an older brother to play with him and support him whenever there’s a game they join together and a youngest sister to be protected by them all.

“Whatever the food set on the table just eat it wholeheartedly because it was a blessing from God”, these was the words of his father that marked in his heart and mind. This is what I like about him as his Best Friend, since then, he practiced what his father told to them and he didn’t have a favorite food because whatever the food is, he will never complaint instead he will be thankful for the blessing.

He’s a type of guy who loves to play Basketball and Electronic games such as Mobile Legends and Clash Royale. He enjoyed playing these games because this is what his heart says to do and whatever he loves to do will make him happy.

As his best friend, I won’t deny the fact that he like the most about a person are friendly, wise in terms of adjusting into different situations they encounter, respectful and most especially God-fearing. Nevertheless, he felt disappointed to selfish and self-centered person, that’s why, he never wanted to be friends with someone having these attitudes.

His ambition is to be a successful Computer Engineer someday because he wants to make his parents proud of what he achieved in life and paid them back for all their sacrifices and perseverance for their family. This dream of him will be happen in God’s perfect timing in the perfect place.

To all the Taal Volcano victims,

Lifting up after from falling is a brave act as a Batangueño. Helping each other during calamity is really terrific. We, as Batangueño, We’re not well-known for being coward but for being brave and strong. It is true that Taal Volcano is the heart of our beloved province, Batangas, when it erupts, plenty of people were affected but numerous are willing to give help and extend their hands humanity existed not just in neighboring municipalities but also in different provinces around the Philippines and different countries around the world. Unity is visible and we’re so grateful for that because we’re not going to stand up again without their nonstop support and help.

Be strong always despite of the calamity we’re facing nowadays. It was so heart-warming seeing those people extend their hands to help the people in need in a different way. I know and I believe that one day, we’ll wake up and everything is all fine, no tears in the eyes, no confusion in mind and no worries in the heart. It’s not going to be easy but one day, Batangas will back with its own natural beauty and we will recover after from falling. Continuous praying is the key and let God help us to survive and move forward to the future with a smile flash in our lips and with a peaceful heart.

The video is all about giving all we have even it was insufficient for us to continue our needs all throughout the day, just to help others in need. Being generous to others is great because it’s really heart-warming to know that because of us, we changed someone’s life and one life had an opportunity to continue her dreams just like the little girl in the video. On the other hand, instead of wasting water, the plants also need it the most, the simple act of this man really change the life span of the plant. One day, without noticing it, plants bring something in return enable for us to continue our life, it is the oxygen they produce.

I defined happiness comes within ourselves and being contented and satisfied in life, bring out the best in us by showing generosity to others.

Nonetheless, the things which money can’t buy based on the video are happiness because knowing we help someone in need means humanity and generosity exists. Care for others is also one factor that money can’t buy because being selflessness isn’t bad if we did something great for others. Lastly, love. Love all things surround us because it helps us in a simple way even we didn’t notice it just like the plants that gives oxygen and the people who makes us smile because they appreciate the effort that we did for them.

Moreover, the insights I gained from the video is “kindness is just a simple way but creates big impact in someone’s life”. Helping others from the bottom of our heart is priceless because by giving all we have without expecting something in return truly satisfy us as human being because seeing the smile of those people we helped means we did something great for them. We should be contented in our lives because not everyone achieved what we have in life, we have different status in life and it’s a lesson learned to all of us.

When we entered the La Granja De Ceres Farm, we’re totally amazed by the sceneries and by the breathtaking view. We couldn’t believe that in the middle of those mountain peak, there’s a HIDDEN TREASURE that should be revealed.

We explore new things inside this farm. We learned a lot on how they take care of the animals such as goats, cows, horses and even dogs. They have lots of animal shelters that secured the safety of all living creatures there. When illnesses triggered the animals, a hospital only for them is provided inside the farm with a Professional Veterinarian to ensure their health is fine.

Moreover, as we walked around, we saw lots of gardens that surely gives excitement for those health conscious and nature lover because La Granja De Ceres Farm have a kitchen in case their visitors wanted to have a delicious meal for them. They can pick vegetables and the assigned cook will make a great and mouthwatering dishes for them. There’s also lots of beautiful flowers planted in a recycled Boots and Tire with a personalized design that gives a great impact to relieve stress for the visitors.

Someway, it’s far from the main road or national road, they can stay there overnight because they have a ‘Kubotel’, a hotel room inspired made of nipa hut with a complete bedroom set and an air condition for the convenience of the visitors.

Additional to this, a very accommodating staffs welcomed us. Their thoughtfulness and kindness made us feel that we must go back there. They said that they planning to renovate the farm and build more structures to be a resort as time goes by despite of the long way to be there, it was priceless because of the HIDDEN TREASURE they never expected.

Overall, it was such a wonderful experience for the both of us. An amazing experience with beautiful memories yet affordable for all. Now, we’re encouraging you to experience the moment and find out what’s in the HIDDEN TREAURE in *** **** ***, ********.

It was Saturday and the wind blows coldly outside in the ***** day of ******* year 200*. The tick-tock-tick-tock of the clock rings and the time says it was eleven fifty six in the evening (11:56 P.M), the daughter of Mr. ****** and Mrs. ****** ****** was born and named the baby “Heidie ****”. I’m a blessing from God for them and I’m proudly to say that I am their first born.

Green grass, fresh air and a wide sugarcane plantation is the place where I lived and grew up. ****** ***, ******** had a special place in my heart because this is my home and where I truly belong. This is my hometown and this place is my comfort zone.

When I was two months old, my grandmother took care of me since my father and mother always go for work. I am Lola’s girl since then until now. I slept in my grandmother’s house even though our house is just few steps away. As time went by, another blessing from God for our family was born and my younger sister named “****** *****” who was just three years younger than me.

All of us in the family are Iglesia Ni Cristo member and proud of our divine election. I am also a church officer where I always fulfill my church duty every Thursday and Sunday. When I have a problem, I always go to the church to pray and let God help me to pass all the struggles I’m facing.

I really love cooking. Since when I was a kid, I always watched my parents cooked our food and eventually it became one of my hobbies. I also love music even though I can’t play any instrument because music feels so good and relaxing when I am perplexed or distraught. Reading and writing poems and stories are one of my favorite things to do when I’m bored. These help me a lot in expressing my thoughts and feelings and these also help in improving my skills that might be useful for me in the future. Photography is also one of my hobbies, I always capture the beauty of nature because it gives calmness and peace for me. Nevertheless, I felt disappointed in terms of behavior when someone is selfish, self-centered and irresponsible. There’s no improvement when they won’t stop in doing these kind of attitudes.

“Let your weaknesses be your potential strengths” is my motto in life because it inspires me even more to fight and overcome my weaknesses and not just easily give up when I can’t do anything I want. Being motivated by my weaknesses help me to do something great and let it be my strength for some reason.

My Childhood memories is really worth-remembering. During Saturday morning, my cousins and I played tumbang preso, Chinese garter, piko and hide and seek. When my grandmother shouted, I run fast going back home because it’s time for our lunch. We ate lunch outside, under the tall trees while fresh air blows. During Sunday, I woke up early to attend worship service and when the time reached 6:00 P.M, I’m going back home from playing because it’s time to watched my favorite kid show “Goin’ Bulilit”. It was great to look back and reminiscing the days when I was a kid, only outdoor games make me tired, only the games make me hurt. No problems, no worries. But now, we grew up and our childhood memories will remain in our hearts forever.

Year 200*, when I graduated in Day Care and I was just four years old that time. The time passed by and I entered a new school who became my home for six years. I was just five years old when I began to study and be one of those Grade one students once I passed the examination given by our principal. Despite of my young age, I can also do what my classmates do. Way back then, I'm also one of the Band Majorettes in school, that's why, dancing becomes my passion but as I grew up and I entered High School, shyness and low self-esteem filled my system and I wasn't able to dance in school again. Age is just numbers and dream is huge from it. Six years in Elementary was fulfilled and 20** when I graduated. Another chapter in my life book ends and a new chapter began.

Junior High School days are really unforgettable. These days shaped my skills and capabilities. ****** National High School has been a home for me where I can look back because this is where I truly found where I am good at. But just like a movie, it has an ending and 20** marked the calendar, it’s time for us to bid our goodbye to our beloved school.

SHS in *** truly challenged me not just only as a student but also as an individual. This is where I showcase my skills and capabilities as a person. From being a shy type person turns to a new me that I thought I couldn’t be in the past. I study hard and strive hard to make my parents proud. I also learned in my senior high school journey that time is really important because every seconds passed, opportunity comes, so, don’t waste it. I know one day, I’m going to wake up and new school welcomes me, this year will be a new milestone in my life. Few months to go and we’ll finally hear “Congratulations Batch 20**-20**” and when that time comes, I could finally say that I survived being a senior high school student and I survived being a Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) student. “I am a Humanista and proud to be one” a quote that will stick in my mind and will mark in my heart.

School days won’t be memorable if I’m alone. These people whom I always get along with plays a special role in my life. They’re one of those people who completes my life as a student. They are *******, *****, ******, ******** and ******, my best friends. We’re together in studying hard for our dreams and we’re together in achieving it.

Here's ****** *********, a person who’s also special in my heart. She’s my best friend for life. I met her when we’re junior high school. We’ve study in different school, I’m on ***** while she’s on ***, but despite of this situations, we find time to bond and get along with each other.

Another person a place in my heart. He’s ****** *****, my guy best friend. Distance really matters that’s why we don’t see each other often. He’s also an Iglesia Ni Cristo member and we only see each other in church activities. Despite of the distance, we always supporting and cheering each other whenever there’s a problem or even achievements.

I’m not here to brag, I just want to inspire someone by saying this, I am a consistent honor student since Day Care. Being an honor student isn’t easy. Pressure is always on top. But for me, failures are great because I know I have my weaknesses and failures thought me not to give up and it creates a lesson that I always remember for the rest of my life. Failure is an experience and we shouldn’t be afraid of falling because chance is always there and we need to stand again after we fall and fight for our dreams.

“Proud kami sayo ng Papa, Ate”, these was the words from my mother when I announced to them about my achievements in school. Tears started to fell in my eyes when I read the message of my mother thru SMS. That time, my mother was in the hospital to take care of my aunt who gave birth to my cousin while my father was on work. Deliberation of card was held and my grandmother was the one to attend because my parents weren’t home. Sadness filled me but that loneliness turned in gratefulness because of those message. I’m not expressive to my parents about my feelings and also they are and these message is truly unforgettable one.

I am an aspiring Psychologist who would like to be successful someday. Nobody knows what our future will be but I'll let God help me decide appropriately according to His will and plan. I would like to be a psychologist someday because I was being depressed in an early age but unlike others I'm not suicidal because I believe life is precious, I just lost myself and not being able to find where I'm passionate at. I thought my life isn't interesting but God lead my way and woke me up from the nightmare of depression. I fully regained myself and confidence again and I would like to help those people who undergo depression and motivate them that there's more to life. I am proud to be a depression survivor and life is a blessing, so, make the most of it memorable. God made us and he will never forsake us in different situations we encounter.

Participating in a church activity is really exhilarating but participating in Worldwide Walk for a Cause held in Roxas Boulevard that got a Guinness Book of World Record is extravagant and being one of those choir members who represent our cluster and compete for the District Chorale Competition is truly a great opportunity for me, a worth-participating event it is! It was really unforgettable not just only for me but also for all the brethren around the world. To God be all the glory!
