Things to start doing more to see more success
Ask for help! For whatever, make use of the help being offered, ask for help and be grateful for the help you get. Don’t be ashamed or afraid, everybody needs help sometimes.
Read- read about successful people. What did they do? What can you take from them. Read around topics you find interesting. Knowledge is power.
Take time to reflect- what happened in the day, what did you achieve? How did you use your time. What will you do differently in the future. What are your goals for tomorrow, for next week, for your life. Keep them in mind. Be grateful for what you have and be content in knowing that if you keep working hard you will get what you want.
Write everything down- every idea, interesting thought, plan, everything that motivates you or seemed important at the time. You might come back to that idea in a year or years later and suddenly make it work.
Make healthier choices- where you can- walk, or ride your bike, take a break from work or your phone and go for a run or take the time to prepare a healthy meal. Always acknowledge the choices you make and when you stop and take a minute, you are more inclined to opt for a healthier choice than automatically go for the easier, lazier option.
Stop sharing all your business - dont tell everyone, everything. Your ideas and progress should remain personal. Success speaks for itself.
