Widow's Bay is so fucking good

Widow's Bay!!! How did they make a show that is somehow funny and heartfelt and character driven and also legitimately spooky and surreal with a good monster-of-the-week format that still builds an overarching plot but doesn't get bogged down trying to spin too many plates or too up its own ass about lore??? What a gem of a show

This is actually great news because I was a terrible student and it means I didn't make enough trouble in his class to cause lasting psychological damage
