hi, yeah i don't speak for the whole tsams community cause idk how all president earth haters think of her compared to how they think of ruin, however this fandom has A BUNCH of ruin glazers/defenders and maybe some of them hate her but not him

anyway, YES Ruin killed 5000 dimensions, that means trillions, he also was about to kill people again all to save his boyfriend even if it meant letting his "friends" and some kids die, he didn't care, let his infected boyfriend kill one of the eaps animatronics AND THEN ran away for "revenge", never apologized and then left the eaps dimension with his new boyfriend replacement (?)

i, also, DESPISE president earth, she's not only a dictator who wants toxic positivity in the world but also, wants earths to be just like her, AND hates all lunars just cause her own lunar became a rebel against her stupid crap, now in the new LAES, she used that new dimension's sun and moon (called day and night) to make earth kill them, she commanded her Monty to hack and control them, they were mind controled and couldn't stop their words, thoughts or actions, she made them burn down the daycare and kill the kids that were in there, 30 kids died

her goal was to make earth be so angry and consider them such a danger that her only option would be killing her, and since that failed, she killed day, sent some guards to empty his head for the laes crew to not get anything from him at all and he's dead now

and now what's worst, she blew up the whole freaking planet in laes xD she's crazy, HORRIBLE, while Ruin thinks he's doing right by """saving""" people (he was a selfish idiot with a god complex), president earth is a spoiled mf who wants things to go HER WAY and if they don't, she destroys and kills everything depending on how much it frustrates her

and i also include dark sun, i disagree about Dark Sun doing everything he did "to save suns from their abusive moons", i don't care, nor i believe it, NOT ALL MOONS ARE ABUSIVE, he generalized AND LIED to Sun about "all suns hate their moons" and "majority of suns get killed by their moons", he was a manipulative bastard pos who used Sun and New Moon for once again, whether people like it or not, a selfish goal, "for the greater good" is one of the worst excuses villains give (doesn't mean they suck as characters, really, i just hate a lot of villains with that kind of thought process xD), he corrupted New Moon and made Sun choose between his brothers to kill one, then he dared to ask sun to be the leader of the sanctuary AND ALSO in his death bed tried to say "sorry" as if that fixes anything and when sun did not forgive him and told him he hated him, that bothered him?? xD fucking assholes all of these characters, selfish entitled pricks

You guys may have noticed this, but I tend to theorise based on what I personally think would be narratively interesting rather than purely what’s actually in the show. So when a new character is introduced, the immediate question is “what are they going to contribute to the plot.” (Especially when it comes to TEASS, since its characters are typically more purposeful than when it comes to their role in the story)

(That’s also why I’m usually wrong about my theories, cause I’m essentially bullshitting based off of vibes)

I mention this because, to me, Pluto instantly appears to be getting set up as a narrative foil to Saturn. He represents everything that has changed since she has left, being raised in the present, strained situation rather than the more comforting environment that his older siblings grew up in (given that Pluto explicitly is the only sibling who was too young to remember their mother). He embodies everything the Grand Celestial wants in a child, while Saturn is someone who broke that mould so thoroughly that she was banished. He’s energetic and careless while Saturn is calm and calculated. Even their colour schemes oppose each other (Red vs Blue — Pluto has the most features in common with Saturn out of the siblings so far, but the most prominent feature, her hair and armour, is what he contrasts her with).

That’s why I theorise that if Pluto is redeemed, he’ll either be the first or last to join Saturn out of the remaining 3 and no in between. Pluto joining the cast will probably be an important turning point in the story, not because of Pluto himself, but rather because it’ll be physical proof that even a man purely under the Grand Celestial’s influence still chooses to oppose him. But I’ve also seen the theory going around (alongside today’s episode also suggesting it) that he will eventually kill the GC and will be the final obstacle for the cast. I QUITE like this idea as well and almost prefer it, as it’s quite poetic -- the GC taken down by his own flawed ideology, facing the consequences of raising someone to value life much less than power.

Neptune also can kinda fits as a character intended to be directly compared with Saturn, but in that case it was more of a “this is what Saturn could’ve been” rather than a direct contrast between both characters. Unlike Pluto, who's at the very beginning of his arc, we've seen many ways in which Neptune serves as a parallel to Saturn (they have a very similar demeanour, Saturn was trained by Neptune, Neptune was punished in the place of his siblings, etc), so I won't discuss those here. I think the fact that Neptune is married only enhances this as another similarity between them, however I can see the idea here going one of two ways.

If Neptune is in an arranged marriage, it pushes the idea that the Grand Celestial prevents them from being entirely happy — even one of the most important forms of commitment to someone is just another tool in his arsenal to get what he wants, and shows how little he values his children’s autonomy (bonus points if Neptune actually loves someone else, or didn’t wish to ever get married). However, if Neptune IS in a marriage he chose, his inability to be close to his partner could also be a huge issue, especially considering how he may not be able to even mention them because of potentially putting them in harms way. He's been actively in war with Saturn for months now, and I doubt that she's on the ship with him given how her relationship to Neptune is a secret. Neptune being seperated from his love by the war effort would serve as a direct parallel to Saturn and the love she found of her own free will (And also I just personally like the idea of Neptune having someone he genuinely loves in his life, it’s a cute idea). DO YOU SEE THE VISION it works both ways and I love both ways.

There’s also a secret third possibility that The Grand Celestial is entirely unaware of the marriage, but I sincerely doubt it because of how reluctant Neptune is to do anything outside of the GC’s wishes. He did lie about not finding Saturn, meaning its not like he can't, but I feel like this is a bigger lie that has more consequences were it to be discovered compared to if he just didn't (when he lied about Saturn, her life was on the line, which definitely influenced his decision). It is still a possibility though, which is why I’m mentioning it. Additionally, the GC knowing could be another reason why Neptune is so hesitant to openly go against him in the case of him actually liking his partner -- the GC could just hold her safety over his head until he complies (cause no matter how experienced she is in battle, the Grand Celesital is the Grand Celestial. Not even Neptune thinks he can beat him.)
