Okay random thoughts because that just struck me as odd after watching the Chloe/Brett scenesβ¦

Like maybe itβs just that Hive didnβt think about it, but if he has access to all of Wardβs memories Hive should have made the connection sooner (idk how this Hive & host memories stuff works since I havenβt watched the episode so no idea if it makes sense) and there was something about the facial expression in that moment that just makes me wonder if thereβs more to it.
It makes me wonder if Ward somehow withheld this information on purpose (granted under the assumption itβs not just his body but also his conciousness working) because he knew what Hive would do. And also wonder if this will make Ward fight against Hive and maybe break out of its hold or something to protect Skye/Daisyβ¦
Probably not because the show likes to disappoint me but itβs a nice headcanon to use for AUs.
