Corporate Incompetence

You will be supplied with no further information and must make it clear that you are not looking for their feedback or approval, negating the reason of presenting too the committee all together.
You may reach out to your producer whose authorized to give you a “Sorry not my problem” worded in the bank approved passive aggressive manner that makes them look like they’re still doing the bare minimum to support you.
Don’t forget to be here early tomorrow so you can take over for one of the many contractors that’s being laid off to save money after we lost a federal fraud case last year… cheers

The purpose of bureaucracy is to compensate for incompetence and lack of discipline - a problem that largely goes away if you have the right people in the first place. Most companies build their bureaucratic rules to manage the small percentage of wrong people on the bus, which in turn drives away the right people on the bus, which then increases the percentage of wrong people on the bus, which increases the need for more bureaucracy to compensate for incompetence and lack of discipline, which then further drives the right people away, and so forth.
