          oh, thank god. he only briefly throttled the mood. it’s good to meet someone who can bounce back immediately from an uncomfortable but necessary moment like that. gabriel likes that kind of thing.

“i can’t tell if you’re legitimately flirting with me or this is just - naturally who you are. ‘cause if it’s the second one, that’s really fucking impressive.”

                                                 SOFTLY; eyes blinked. grin never wavered, instead, it grew. shining orbs continued to stare, captivated by the other’s soul.

They’d dealt with enough people like THEM before to know the game plan. Wait for the right moment and strike before they could tell what hit them. Still, putting up the extra effort it took to PRETEND to go along with the bullshit rules set down on them by the Saviors was more than exhausting. Since returning to Alexandria after talking with BETH, however, it was a little easier to not want to do something rash. There was no telling just which of them knew they were RELATED – and as much as Negan said he didn’t like killing women, it wasn’t as though NONE had died at the hand of the Saviors since the world had started falling apart. 

“I’m not letting you in,” Maggie called toward the gate when the hooded pain in their ass approached it. “You’re not NEGAN, I don’t care what you wanna say your name is, and you’re not comin’ in without him.” 

                                                  QUIRKED; the figure’s lips. flesh that turned up at one corner. orbs blinked at the other, head tilted to the side. beneath the smirk, canines ground together; begged to tear into flesh, begged to end the annoyances of alexandria. shoulders moved with a silent chuckle, empty of any emotion.

  ❝ that’s pretty funny, you’re giving me orders, to the people that own you, and i don’t know who the fuck you are. negan wants what’s his. so i’m coming in. only one who can stop me is rick. you don’t want me coming in this gate? you get him to tell me that.❞

    “  what,  did  he  send  you  here  to  look  for  DARYL  again?  rick  already  told  all  of  you  we  haven’t  seen  him.”  fingers  grasping  her  mother’s  knife  she  kept  it  poised  at  her  side.  sophia  had  her  mother’s  crazy  buried  beneath  the  surface  with  every  ounce  of  her  father’s  fury.  “you  should  be  very  careful  how  you  answer  that.”

                                                 HUFF. humor filled. a smirk, singularity on the otherwise shadowed face. the diminutive figure shifted. minuscule changes. hand now rested against hip, fingers tapped a rhythm on the cool gun metal. chin lifted, oh so slightly, a simple gesture. 

  ❝ i should be careful?  ❞

                                                SHARP.  an edge to the figure’s voice. devoid of humor and emotion, brown orbs trained on the other, a fire that burnt beneath them, ready to explode. but this was not her aim. a tongue click, a mundane reaction.
