𝚌𝚞𝚛𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚋𝚕𝚞𝚎𝚜.     muse a has been dating muse b’s sibling for a while now. yet something has turned off in their relationship since they’re both on extremely different schedules. one day muse a is over at their partner’s house and they start hooking up. the partner gets an emergency call and has to leave the house. muse b stumbles upon an aroused muse a and decides to finish the job. 

𝚌𝚞𝚕 𝚍𝚎 𝚜𝚊𝚌.     muse a has recently moved into a new neighborhood with their spouse. they’re desperately trying to make things work, but the passion isn’t there. muse b is their next door neighbor who has been there since day one. they delivered a pie and welcomed them into the neighborhood. one thing led to another and muse b came onto muse a (either in private or a neighborhood gathering). muse a couldn’t resist anymore and they started an affair. 

𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚔 𝚜𝚙𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚎.     everyone has a work spouse. muse a & b are that for each other. whether they’re coworkers on the same level or one is the boss is up in the air. everyone can see their natural connection, but either both or one of them actually has a spouse outside of the company. after an office party muse a & b share a drunken kiss. after that, they’re paired together for a long and taxing project. soon enough they’re not able to keep their hands off of each other, finding pleasure in their work that they can’t get at home. 

𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚎𝚡 𝚑𝚎𝚡.     muse a & b used to date years ago, but for whatever reason they broke up. since then they lived their lives with little to no contact. recently muse a moved to a new town or started a new job and low and behold, muse b is right there with them. they were toxic for each other, to put it simple, but now they can’t seem to stop thinking about one another. after a fight where muse b says muse a still probably thinks about them when they’re intimate with their partner, the two fall into bed together.

𝚕𝚒𝚊𝚛𝚜 𝚗𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛 𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚜𝚙𝚎𝚛.    muse a is partnered, but when they go on business trips they act like they aren’t. muse b connected with them on a recent trip and the two let their desires take the best of them. months after this started, muse b finds out muse a has a whole family. will the two continue to see each other or is cheating something that muse b can’t find themselves to be a part of? 

𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚊𝚕 𝚎𝚖𝚙𝚕𝚘𝚢𝚎𝚎.     muse a is the perfect employee on paper. they make the company the most money and everyone likes them. muse b, the boss’ spouse, has even taken a special interest in them. often times when the ceo is out on business, muse b comes into the company to check how things are going. muse a ends up being super attentive, starting an affair with their own role model’s spouse.

Ever one to have a smile on his face, a cockiness in his eyes, a playfulness in his demeanour, Josh felt called out. Despite that fact, though, he couldn't bite back because he knew that Henry was right. The other man was probably the only person in the whole world who knew him. Truly knew him, not just the facade he put on for the crowds or the attitude he adopted for the press. No, Henry knew the real Josh, and frankly, that was what scared him.

"I'd love to be in a compromising position with you right now, more than I want spaghetti, but we best be polite." Henry would much prefer the taste of Ollie right now, even though he'd just had one a while earlier in his car, but it would have to wait, unfortunately.

He somehow managed to pull himself away, but not before giving Ollie a slap on the ass as he left the room. He couldn't help himself.

In the bathroom he did just what he'd said and splashed some much needed cold water on his face and he tried to shake off the arousal. A cold shower would have been more helpful with the way he was feeling. And while it was inconvenient for the moment, it was still wonderful to be so into and in love with Ollie. Happier than he's ever been.

Finally, he made his way downstairs and saw Ollie and Jeanie chatting and smiling at the kitchen table while his spaghetti lay waiting for him.

"Not gossiping about me, I hope?" He smiled and took his seat, putting his napkin in his lap. "This looks amazing, Jeanie, thank you."

"You won't be thanking me once I break out the photo albums." She quipped, and Henry hand been waiting for that one.

"Hey, I was a cute kid, right?" He played it off, but already felt the beginnings of embarrassment rise to his cheeks.
