in first grade every friday was show and tell and i remember this one time this kid came up to show us the thing ect and anyway he had this little box and he kept talking about his dead dog and nobody understood i mean we were first graders wtf who cares about a dead dog anyway he’s talking and then he gets to the point and he’s like “fredrick’s (the dead dog) eyeball is the one thing i got to keep when he died and that is what i brought for show and tell” and he opened up the box and then took this eyeball out and ate it and i remember freaking out and crying and then he said “just kidding it’s a fake candy eyeball from halloween, fredrick is fine, i brought him for show and tell” and everyone went and played with the dog for the rest of class everyone but me i just sat there and cried that’s the only thing i remember about grade one
