Heya! I’m a Destiny roleplayer, and I noticed that there was a lack of memes specifically for or centred around Destiny, with the most common memes circulating coming from a blog that hasn’t posted in around 4 years. I’ll do my best to post memes semi-regularly whenever they spring to mind! This blog will contain ask memes, sentence starters and character inspo.

Asks are open for suggestions! Feel free to let me know whether you’d like to be tagged and credited, or whether you’d prefer to be left anonymous. Asks themselves will not be answered, and I will instead just create a new post. Any abuse of anonymous asks or asks in general will result in them being turned off.

Questions for OCs centred around the primary bosses of each raid!

[ gahlran ] - what was the first major conflict or event in your muse's life that still sticks with them?

[ val ca'uor ] - when is a moment that your muse has rebelled, whether it be for small reasons, or against something greater?

[ riven ] - if your muse could wish for anything, would they? what would it be? what would the consequence of wishing for it be?

[ insurrection prime ] - does your muse spend much time in the last city?

[ sanctified mind ] - what flower represents your muse best?

[ taniks ] - what is your muse's legacy? what will people remember them for? what do they want to be remembered for?

[ rhulk ] - what, or who, would your muse devote themself to unquestioningly? would they die for that cause, or is there nothing?

[ nezarec ] - what plagues your muse's nightmares?

blinding sunlight. books resting on old shelves & lightly dusted. burning heat. a nook hidden from the rest of the world. loyalty powerful enough to break realities. majestic golds. everwatching eyes. resting in a window alcove & catching soft sunrays. proud silhouettes standing against a never setting sun.

Titan.

the powerful ocean which cares not for those who drown in it. chillswept seabreeze. infested tunnels. shipwrecks hidden & waiting to be found. ancient cities abandoned. glimpses of something monstrous & wondering if what you saw was real. feeling small in the face of the unknown. saline scents.

OCs deserve love just as much as canons! These are mostly themed around Destiny-inspired lore prompts instead of starters or interaction memes -- best for getting to know someone else’s muses.

[ lorebook ] - for mun to write a drabble about their muse. feel free to specify if there’s any parts of the muse’s life in particular you’d like to hear about.

[ relationship ] - for mun to describe their OC’s relationship with a canon character. alternatively, for mun to describe their OC’s relationship with someone else important in their life.

[ exotic ] - for mun to describe how their muse got their favourite exotics. if the exotic is a fanmade one, mun can also go into detail about what perks it has, what it looks like, etc.

[ flavour text ] - for mun to give a quote from their muse, or a short passage.

[ location ] - for mun (or muse themself) to describe muse’s favourite location, and any backstory behind it.

[ event ] - for mun to describe an important canon event muse was part of. or, for mun to describe an important event in muse’s life.

Action and speech prompts themed mostly around Destiny’s Festival of the Lost, with a couple more generic Halloween-y ones too. Feel free to edit these prompts when sending to make them fit characters or different scenarios!

[ carve ] - for sender to invite receiver to carve pumpkins (add some ideas for what they could carve into them, if you’d like!).

[ fear ] - for receiver to reveal a fear they have to sender, if they’re willing.

“If we’ve got literal aliens like Eliksni and Cabal walking beside us, stuff that seemed impossible before the Golden Age, then who’s to say stuff like werewolves and vampires don’t exist too?”
