Don’t leave your room unless it’s for the bathroom, water, tea, Ice or coffee

SOLITUDE = BEST FRIEND

Food = enemy, don’t eat no matter what

Let food be like a poison to you. Act as if you eat food you will die.

Stay in bed as much as possible, sleep as much as possible.

Never eat again

If your not eating, don’t exercise

Take a 50 minute walk somewhere before you take your shower for the day to burn off all that coffee lol

Cut off everybody that u feel has done you wrong or used you in anyway

Stay away from people

Act like everything is fine in front of people who actually give a fuck about you so you don’t push them away too.

Stay quiet/don’t talk/barely talk

Stay in the house as much as u possibly can, specifically your room

Do not smoke weed bc weed makes you want food.

Don’t let anybody (including your therapist) your intentions to lose weight unless you feel comfortable and won’t regret it afterwards.

These are personal rules for myself that will go into action tomorrow. I vow to myself, God as my witness, that I will never eat again so I never have to remember how this pain feels;how disgusting I feel.

I will be skinny

I won’t allow anything or anybody to get in my way anymore and that is why I am distancing myself from everything and everyone.

If you fast, you stop feeling hungry.

If you exercise, you start to feel stronger.

If you binge, you get twice the cravings.

If you’re strong, your body will be too.

“I don’t want to hurt this person’s feelings”

“If I say no, they might hurt me”

“I need to do this to prove myself”

“I deserve this”

“It won’t be that bad”
