Knowing the needs of stakeholders, whether it is business requirements or my fellow uni students I create IT solutions. Just last year for fun, I created a C directory app published on the Apple App Store during my undergrad attracting 6,000 hits/ day that locates and rates kebab shops in Australia. Currently implementing a new ERP system for a small business after having spent some time understanding their needs.

I have a drive to constantly improve, be it my own personal skills or processes within the business. Currently for Our Haystack I have redesigned various business processes to streamline and automate large manual task areas, resulting in greater efficiency and increased organizational performance.
