zosia and manousos represent carol's relationship with her wife helen and her memories of helen and whoever doesn't get that is just gonna get left behind for the next few seasons and be mad that helen's presence is still showing up in every nook and cranny of the plot instead of this just being the happily ever after carol/unjoined zosia show. whoever the hell that is
