Help me fulfill my last wish 💚
Hey, my name is M and I'm currently living with double kidney failure and have been deemed ineligible for a kidney transplant due to all my comorbidities. A few years back, I got COVID and it has weakened my lungs so much that I require 24/7 oxygen use. This makes any procedure a big risk, especially a big one like a transplant. I also have diabetes and it complicates post surgery care, making the individual more susceptible to surgical complications like infections.
Due to my terminal status, I am thinking of things that I want to do before I pass. I don't want to be institutionalized or in a hospice facility. I want to pass at home with my friends and family (and cats) around me. My most important wish is to move into an apartment with my Dad. I'm currently fundraising for first and last month's rent + all moving costs. Altogether, I am asking to raise $3,000. The rent monthly is $1,250 and each of us can move from our places with the leftover $500 that is not being used for first and lasts.
So.. if anyone could spare even $1 or $5, it'd mean the absolute world to me! I love my Dad more than itself and want nothing more but to spend my days with him. 💚✨
