“What is it? Does something interest you?” The hunter muttered curtly, English accent giving away some hint as to where he came from. He turned to the stranger’s direction and stared at him, eyes the color of deep red wine. The whites of his eyes that were supposed to be white were tinged with pink instead, marking a definite lack of rest. Normally he was inclined to give a more polite greeting, but the effects of 1 or 2 hours of sleep out of the entire day made him irritable. He was bent over a bit, leaning on his cane that he would otherwise normally use for slaughtering his enemies.

“What are you?” he asks plainly. What, not who, because this man seems so otherworldly. Because he trusts his intuition blindly when it comes to fair, stoic men.

Even when the master died, she kept coming back to the same spot waiting and waiting...” Zenya’s mouth quirks up into a strange smirk as he plays with a ring dangling from Toby’s lip. “What a good boy...”

“Me? I’m still a freak, of course. I guess I’m even happy... how are you? How are your friends??”
