Losing weight is actually so damn easy.
My problem is that I sometimes eat out of boredom. When I don't do this I instantly lose 1-2 kgs a day. I'll be listing the type of food I eat that results in this weight loss.
Disclaimer: I don't recommend this for people that are prone to binge eating.
1. Fasting
Try time restricted fasting (TRF) everyday. I recommend 18 - 24 hr fasts during week days and 36-48 hour fasts during the weekend. The more you do this the less hungry you'll get on a daily basis which mean being less dependent on food.
If you're new to fasting try shorter fasts and work to longer ones later. Trust me it gets better with time.
2. Meal plan
I got this idea from "The Chic Diet". Unfortunately this diet doesn't have meals, just staple diet foods
It's important to eat food with nutrients that your body needs. Drink your supplements and avoid any nutrient deficiencies.
Staple foods:
Apples
Boiled eggs
Cucumbers (highly recommended)
Rice cakes
Tomatoes
Bananas
Grapes
Watermelon
Konjac jelly, etc
You could make a whole meal with these and eat it all at once, but if you do eat it in the morning and fast for the rest of the day
You could ultimately do this diet for special occasions or make this a lifestyle
I don't mention exercising because you don't need to with this diet. Exercising will speed the weight loss by a ton but you'll ultimately still lose weight without it.
I personally just stick to yoga and April Han's famous lower belly workout.
Remember to keep yourself busy and distracted from food. You sooner or later realise that there are more important things to do that don't include eating.
Don't be too hard in yourself because things do get better and don't rush things.

If things take the wrong turn and you wake up in hospital remember that you made your own bed so have a nice nap:)

it is also said that wiggling your toes and moving your fingers can help regain your full mobility faster
also, when OP says “don’t open your eyes” it is serious, let me explain:
while asleep, your breathing is very different than while you’re awake, you are consuming way less energy, so you breathe less.
in sleep paralisys, the part of your brain that controls your conciousness and your senses will be awake, but the part that controls your body and lets you move will not.
with this decreased breathing rate, your concious part of the brain will believe you are having difficulty breathing because something is preventing you from, which can lead to a hallucination, which will probably show something you are very afraid of sitting on your chest or strangling you.
if this ever happens to you, wiggle your tongue, your toes, and your fingers, this will help you wake up, but even if it is the middle of the night you should not try an go back to sleep, because it could happen again.
to prevent them you can try sleepinng on your side and preventing having your arms above your head while falling asleep.
sleep paralisys is very scary, please stay safe, and when it all pases remember that it is not real, and that you’re ok.
Ok so since the last time I fucked up and wrote a letter about my feelings (which btw I am NEVER doing again) and everyone finding out about my eating habits I came up with lie after lie after lie and I think they believe my lies and it helps that I've been eating like my sisters since the letter incident and all ivw been thinking since I've been eating so much is how I'm gonna burn this all off or how I can slowly stop eating again without my family noticing. I'm currently moving from one city too another too be with family so both sides of my family are watching me and I'm having a panic attack wondering wtf I'm gonna do.
I fucked up big time.
Story time: one night I was sad and drunk and hating myself and my body, I was listening too twenty one pilots and wrote a letter. This letter expressed how much I hate myself and how much I want too get rid of all my fat and imperfections and just everything. Tbh I was so drunk I dont even KNOW what I wrote, when I woke up I thought I got rid of the letter ripped it out and binned it but I fucking didnt! It was under my bed and my elder sister has read it and now my brother who is in pakistan, my sisters in at home and my family in bradford (who I am currently staying with) are all worried about me and I feel suffocated. All this happened because I was sloppy. I never normally Express myself in letters and this is the exact fucking reason why I dont write letters to Express myself because there is no privacy in my house and I hate that I wrote the stupid letter. I'm panicking.

I really needed this. Bc i'm not diagnosed and my BMI is too high it makes me feel everything i've been dealing with is fake but i remember once i started recovery and tried to eat like a normal person and after 55 mins i went back to my shit. And everytime i wanna eat normally i can't do it i just can't stop counting cals , purging or stop losing or etc.
