Got to the gym today feeling very motivated. As you can see I did a full body workout which consisted of DEADLIFTS, BOX SQUATS, BENCH, and OHP. On the deadlifts I went with a wider stance to focus on feeling my right quad a little better. As many of you know, I've had 3 knee surgeries which caused my right leg to be complete shit. My biggest focus in the gym will be to finally be able to feel the muscles contract in my right quad. Along with lifting, I have included bike riding and I'm also currently doing rehab on my leg. With that said, I moved on to light box squats to try and focus on my right leg as well. My left leg and glutes over dominate the extension part so I really wanted to mentally and physically focus on my right quad. Next I finished off with bench and OHP. Today was purely to focus on my leg and to do compound movements. Tomorrow I will focus on accessory work. Good Day🙃 @truegritness (at CrossFit Landshut)

I told myself I would give up caffeine while on my trip to Europe... I'm currently consuming more caffeine now then I ever have. Probably averaging around 4-5 cappuccinos a day. I now understand coffee addiction☕️☕️ (at Landshut)
