This might already be old news to some, but a part of me wanted to say Rest In Please to Linkin park's Chester Bennington. This is so odd, I tend to not give a shit about celebrities but for some reason when I heard of Chester's passing I had to fight to hold back tears even though I'd never met him personally. I remember the first day I came to Canada, my dad was playing music on the radio and 90% of it I'd never heard before. Then for some reason a station that was playing peppy pop music start playing "Numb" and k became an instant fan boy. Which followed me up to highschool where k remember blasting A Thousand Sun's, living things, and hybrid theory so loud teachers would stop class clam down. The other thing might be how much of us relate to him so how, constantly locked in battle with your own demons and forever trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Chester's vocals managed to get me through some shit when I felt like I had no one to turn too. And for all of that,At the very least, the best I can do for this person I've never met is to say thank you. It was heart breaking to hear of his passing but it would unfair to his memory and the band he helped to create if we only remember him in sorrow. So from the depths of my heart, thank you
