I'm curious how it can be called correctly when character is kind of genderfluid but physically? Is it has separate term or such character also can be call as genderfluid but just with nuance?

I mean exactly when character can change their body from M to F or vice versa or something else physically, not only wear otherwise clother or behavior or it is simply depicted with a different gender altho in fact still same as had
