i forgot to tell u all I am employed, I start on Monday and I’m a Technical Author so basically between 8:30 and 5:30, Monday - Friday I’m gonna be writing help guides for a software package and also robots :)))

I haven’t rly been on here for like 6 weeks but hello I finished uni (!!) and went and stayed with my parents for 3 weeks and now I live with Steven but I’m still unemployed because no one wants to hire me lmao ah the stress. I just want ££ so I can get my hair and nails and lashes done and also it would be nice to be able to buy the good coffee. but hey I am alive and have a place to live and a human who buys me oat milk so rly...I should not complain

I keep forgetting this hellhole of a website exists hello my dissertation is due in like 12 days and my blood is now 98% coffee. 

hello so I spent a little over 3 hours working on my supervisors very expensive very good computer and basically I feel like I’ve entered the matrix

I keep forgetting that Tumblr exists but hello so far with my dissertation I’ve had to learn 3 new coding languages when I’m doing a...marine biology masters but yeah I basically spend my whole day looking at code and hoping my code runs but each run takes anywhere from 4 days onwards (the dataset is billions of data points) but 5 weeks today it’ll be handed in!! and i’ll hopefully be very drunk!!

I just applied to what is probably the most exciting job opportunity i’ve seen for a long time so uh pls keep ur fingers crossed
