Highs and lows are a part of life - personal and professional. Nobody is immune to feeling depressed. The best way to deal with your lows is to move on, do something proactive and start focussing on the next thing. You can sit, sulk and linger or you can use them as a learning opportunity and an experience of sorts. I choose to do the latter. However, I’d like to say that I wasn’t born with this understanding. I realised this over time. (x)
