This 1808 home in Honeoye Falls, New York is pure Americana. It’s a rare glimpse into the early settlers work- a POST & BEAM/timber framed home w/hand hewn beams, morticed joints & WOOD PEGS! Only $299K.

This is full of original features. The fireplace in the gathering room is original, and notice the stone wall on the right. 

This home is full of early American craftsmanship. 

The kitchen still has the amazing cooking fireplace and when they modernized, they put in a wonderful vintage sink. Notice the typically colonial stairs on the left.

If these stairs don’t scream colonial construction, I don’t know what does.
