Hey Diva! I just wanted to say I’m so glad your uploading again as I love all your work - TTAT has a special place in my heart but ISOSLWDG is my favourite narrative, I am so intrigued about where that story is going to go. My question is, are you (hopefully) working on it? Do you have plans for it? Can you give me a small hint or an idea or a vision? I’d love to know more about your creative process! I am genuinely a big fan.

Hi!! First of all thank you for reading my work! It really does mean the world to me!

I am drafting the next chapter as we speak. I have a rough outline of the first 20-30ish chapters and I do know where it’s headed, but I rarely know how my stories end when I start writing them.

I will say there is a plot line coming up soonish (?), like within the next 10 chapters about why Cordelia and Lily look familiar to each other that im very excited to get to. That will be a fun one.

Rewatching coven and there’s a glaring mischaracterization that is pissing me off.

You mean to tell me that the woman who stabbed her own eyes out to protect her girls would willingly fuck with the order of the seven wonders and put the girls in mortal danger just because they were “breaking tradition”??????

The seven wonders were traditionally performed from least to most dangerous FOR A REASON. You think Cordelia, even canon Cordelia, would abandon that and put the girls in harms way???? So Myrtle could be a little quirky?????

Absolutely not. Purely a plot device and I’m furious about it.

I just want to say, now that I’m working on the coven rewrite, trying to fit a new character into an existing story so that they “change” the story, but don’t change the events is really fucking hard.

I don’t want this to just be a coven regurgitation, but in order to not do that, I have to rely heavily on the reader having already seen the show and knowing what’s going on, and I don’t like that.

Update: it’s looking like it’s going to be at least 40 chapters, probably more because I’m going a few months past the end of coven. This is a much larger project than I was initially expecting it to be. I thought maybe 20 chapters, max.

Also, it’s a parallel cannon rewrite, there’s a few scenes from the show that have been changed, but otherwise it’s entirely new content and I’m very excited about it.

Second update:

I was so wrong, we’re 39 chapters deep and Cordelia is just getting to performing the seven wonders.

As a plus, these chapters are styled differently than my other stories, and they’re shorter. Also I just outlined the most devastating chapter of my life and yall are gonna hate me for it.

As a negative, I still have to write all of them. All 40+. I am scared.

Ok, here’s the deal. I have a whole coven rewrite planned for that story that I’ve been working on off and on for a while. With that one I wanted to finish the entire thing before I posted the first chapter because as we’ve learned, I am not very good at maintaining a writing schedule. Do I know when I’m going to have time to finish it? Nope. Do I want to finish it? Absolutely because I already finished the entire outline and that shit bangs. But TTAT is my first priority rn because I want to wrap that up so I can get started on book 2, so honestly who tf knows

Update on this: I’m 12 chapters in and we JUST got to the part where Cordelia has the two different eyes. Also it bangs so hard im debating just dumping the entire thing on you in its entirety once it’s done because im impatient and i want yall to have it. Stay tuned.

I can't believe I just found Chapter 5 of Venable's story.I have no idea how I missed it before, but I loved it.

Like, when R told Venable, "I don't reward bad behavior." I was obsessed with that tiny shift in their dynamic.I'd love to see more scenes like that.

I don't know why, but Venable kind of reminds me of those kids who tease the person they like just to get their attention.

Ahhhh! I’m so glad you like it! I’ve seen a lot of fics where the reader is very submissive and while I love them, I’ve always been really interested in someone who genuinely challenges her, so I wanted to write it. I’m so happy people are interested in it too! There will be plenty more scenes like that, don’t worry!

Also, absolutely. I really wanted to explore what happens to Venable when her usual behavior doesn’t work anymore. This last chapter is just the beginning of that.

I want to explain this. So this fic does entirely take place in the 18 months before Michael gets there + after, but there are so many batshit things happening it could easily be mistaken that it takes place over at least 5 years.

TTAT is my favourite fic of all time. I re-read at least twice a year, it’s such a comfort to me and an amazing piece of work. I hope this doesn’t come across as dramatic, but when I saw you had updated I was so overjoyed, it made my whole week shine!
