For Christmas I got this really rad action camera. It is called the #PolaroidCube+ I have always enjoyed using my #PolaroidCamera products in the past, from the old land cameras to the point and shoot with 600 film. I opened and got to use my new #Polaroid product a couple of times and was very happy with it! The #PolaroidCube is such a great product... Except as it turns out, you are not supposed to charge it with a wall adapter, just with a computer. I learned this the hard way. I was planning on using it at the #MakahikiChallenge2016 but on the day of the race it would not power on. I was pretty upset by this but figured I must have forgot to charge it. Sadly, this was not the case. Now, what really makes this a sad story is that when I called Polaroid for assistance, the told me that the engineers didn't know why, but that I shouldn't charge my #PolaroidCube with a wall adapter... Which, as an electrician, I understand now that they spoke about the wattage of different power adapters. The thing is, this is NOT MENTIONED with the included literature. But they were happy to exchange it for me if I could provide proof of purchase. Doh! This was a gift and I don't have the receipt, because after it was clear I loved my gift and wouldn't be returning it, Jenny threw out the receipt. Now I'm stuck with a really great but nonfunctional product that I can't get replaced because the return policy of #Polaroid is ridiculous and not user friendly at all. (at Enchanted Lakes,kailua,hi)
