Definitely not. Flight Rising is balanced around having 1 account per user. There's games that are balanced around 2 accounts per user (Lioden, Neopets?) but there's restrictions around them, and a lot of the game mechanics are designed that way. Games where there's no player economy and therefore no way to gain a material advantage over other people by funneling resources back and forth will allow alts. Otherwise, the one account per user rule is in place for a reason!

One of the biggest things I can think of is the Glimmer & Gloom fairgrounds treasure cap. Someone can max 75kt from Fairgrounds in 5 minutes if they're experienced. Having 5 accounts to generate an additional 300,000 per day is 109,500,000 more treasure a year just from Glimmer and Gloom.

Let's say one person has one more account that they generate 75,000t on Fairgrounds per day. Let's say they only max out their streak on both accounts 200 days out of the year. That's conservatively 15,000,000 additional treasure from one person with one account every year. Let's also say that they nest dragons every 5 days with the two free unlocked nests on their alt account, with an average of 3 eggs per nest, so producing 6 new dragons every 5 days for an average of 1.2 new dragons a day. This is 438 new dragons a year. If they exalt them instantly as hatchlings, that's roughly another 1,000,000 treasure each year, for the time investment of 20 seconds a day. That's not to mention how much more treasure they'd make leveling and exalting.
