there are very few people who would disagree with me that the Netflix WFC series ummmmm wasn't. good. but every now and again i remember 'neutral ratchet who got pissed off at the imperfect ethics of the Autobots and went off to be a medic on his own' and like. they should do that in an actually good show that's such a fucking great starting point for a medic character, especially one like ratchet where 'doesn't blindly follow orders from his superiors' is a very frequent bio thing he gets hit with
