Hugging him back, he felt the other linger, pressing a soft kiss to his forehead to reassure him that everything was okay. His stresses were calming now, the shock dying down and he could see that everything would be fine. “I may be smaller, but I am wider, and that adds to my overall size,” he responded with a laugh, nudging him playfully as he reached into the bear to remove some of the money. “Honestly we should put this somewhere safe, otherwise I’ll go a little frenzied at the shopping mall and book us a thousand holidays! Wait here one moment, and I’ll be back with the wine~”

He chuckled softly as the sweet kiss. A not so rare treat but a little kiss from Kyu always made his day. “You do have some pretty nice hips.” he smirked. “I always tell ya someday I’m gonna make you my wife!” he laughed, sitting back on the couch with a grin. “Maybe we should take a little holiday. A trip might do us both some good.” He crossed on leg over the other and checked his phone for the time. “Yeah, it looks like it’s about wine o’clock. Should I order food too?”

“I know you’re already a fugitive, but.. I worry, you know? I’ll always worry.. We live together, so I’m going to worry about you, that’s just a given,” he laughed softly, moving to sit close and open his arms to the younger for a hug. “I’ll always have your back, you know that, and you did a lovely thing and got revenge at the same time so I know it was perfect, but I can’t help but want to double-lock the doors.” A pause. “Come here, my little Robin Hood, shall I take some of the bear money and get us a nice bottle of wine?”

“I know but I did this so you’d stop worrying. It makes me sad that you’re always so worried. Not just about me but life and shit.” he hugged him tightly,lingering for a moment, probably a bit too long. “Well double lock the doors anyway, the world is a scary and dangerous place. And I’m pretty sure you’re smaller than my by several centimeters, sir.” he chuckled, just teasing the other as usual. “But I’m down for wine anyday. I’ve grown pretty fond of pink moscato.”

“A bank? Mar… A bank?!” he almost shouted, though his voice was too weak with shock to actually be loud. Casting his anxious gaze over to the overly-stuffed bear, and feeling his chest tighten. “I mean.. I appreciate it, you know how much I worry about those loans and the interest, but what if they find you? What if you were tracked or you’re now in danger?”

“Kyu, you worry too much. Besides, I’m already a fugitive.” he shrugged. “And anyway, I made it look like an inside job, plus it all will get traced back to that douchebag cop who framed me in the first place. Fuck that guy, I’m never getting caught. We’re fine, no one is looking for me. I even broke into the guy’s house and used his computer. And now we can live comfortably! Ad I didnt just get us some cash, I donated a lot to some local organizations, anonymously of course. Call me The Japanese-French Robin Hood!” he winked, sitting on the couch and hugging the bear. “You’re the only person who’s ever had my back, Kyu. So I’m not gonna let you constantly worry about money if I can help it.”

"I think it's a pretty huge deal. I technically robbed a bank but like...fuck banks, am I right?" he chuckled. "I got in, managed to erase any records of debts or unpaid loans we have and wired some money over into another account, took out all the money, closed the dummy account and now there's a lot of money hidden inside a giant stuffed bear sitting on the couch."
