I liked that I was able to find my writing goals from the beginning of the semester and reflect on it to see where I have improved and where I haven’t. I think that is important to do to see if I actually did improve on my goals compared to the beginning of the semester. I liked that I was able to track my growth when responding to that part of the interview questions. This way I am able to refresh my memory on my goals and see if I have achieved them or not.

I am proud of the improvements I have made to my writing, specifically when I decided to start proofreading my work my thoroughly when I am finished writing my papers. I did not always proofread before finishing my paper in the past, but this class has taught mw the importance of proceeding because it makes my writing look better and more professional, which is one of the writing goal I had for this class. So I am proud that that aspect of my writing has improved.

I like how I can still make room for myself to grow whenever I am trying to learn new things. I also like that I am able to take the feedback that I get from my professor and my peers and try my best to put it into my work. If I don’t learn from the mistakes within my writing and content then I can’t learn anything. Which relates to me making room for myself to grow based off the feedback I get.

I always wondered what are the different ways we can take the users experience to help build our own unique audience? I feel that finding our own voice is important when writing for an audience. So, how can I use the feedback from peers (users experience) to make content they would enjoy reading?

I was told I need to work on my background information more. So judging by this snippet of part of my background info, what should I add and what needs to be improved if anything?

I learned that while my writing process is considered normal, I still needed to make improvements too it to help it run smoother. I still do the same things I did before (like copying the questions into the draft) and it still seems to be working. So part of what I learned is what I have been doing is effective for my writing process. But I also learned that I need to focus more on certain details when writing paragraphs. Sometimes I forget to go back and fully read what I wrote and that is something I need to continue to work on. But I feel like learning to understand these issues has really helped my writing process in this class overall.

From all these weeks, I learned a lot about my strengths and weaknesses when writing. I learned that I need to take as much of the feedback I get and incorporate it into my writing. I now understand how important it is to do this and how much it can improve my writing. Going forward, I am hoping that the strategies I have learned for drafting papers will help me improve my papers I write outside of this class from now until I graduate. It is important to make changes to writing that will help improve it in the long run.

Having a good revision process will help me build my analysis on papers even after this class. My revision process will help me strengthen my paper, making it easier for me to write and organize my papers in a way that makes sense not only to me but my audience as well. The point is to be precise and also creative so my content will be easier for my audience to digest. I believe that if I keep doing this, it will help me outside of this class as well. And it will help me when I’m writing content for a different type of audience.

My style is still a working progress but I am trying to develop it more and more as I develop these drafts. I believe my style is more content based and I try to go into more detail about the content I am studying for the research paper. Since my paper is in content creators, it makes more sense for my style to be developed around explaining content and what kind of content I am collecting data for. This helps me build my argument and what I am trying to accomplish for this research topic.
